More on Trump

It is a Trump world and as the Modi saying goes

“Aab Ki Baar Trump Sarkar”

and as the Stump for Trump Sisters say

"Get on the Trump Train or get the hell out of the way"

Rock'n'roll

To be fair, it could be lurkers reporting. And no not Blair claig...
give it a rest will you...

claig · 20/12/2016 11:53

"Tony Blair: I've shut down my businesses to fight Brexit and Donald Trump

TONY BLAIR has revealed his plans to set up a new organisation to tackle the “political earthquakes” of Brexit and the election of Donald Trump."

www.express.co.uk/news/politics/738783/Tony-Blair-shut-down-business-return-fight-Brexit-Donald-Trump-EU-referendum

Grin

The people are laughing. I hope Blair has got Sir Bob to help him, he needs all the help he can get.

claig · 20/12/2016 12:02

Do you hear the people sing?
Do you hear the people laugh?

As the Stump for Trump Sisters always say and ontop knows how I love to quote them

"Get on the Trump Train or get the hell out of the way"

and by the way that is not literal, it is a laugh and the Stump for Trump Sisters are the best laugh ever, a Trump fan favourite

And Trump won because he was a laugh, he made the people laugh at the elites and at the truth that they had been silenced from saying by political correctness, he made the people laugh to at last be free

and here is his laugh entrance to the Deplorables them tune "Do you hear the people sing?"

There will be so much winning and so many laughs

Trump 2016

The easily offended brigade seem to be out in force

Yes you do, Misss. :)

I haven't reported anyone on this thread either...

What is interesting is that claig is demonstrably getting rattled about people who keep posting all those inconvenient facts demonstrating her hero's feet of clay.

And others too...
The above, definitely.

It is laughable, in a sad way, that when the real issues are addressed some professionally offended resort to complaining about the people posting instead of answering the questions asked.
And those same people call names, are nasty, snidey and patronising, and then complain of being treated in the way they treat others (more often than not without any reason). It works, though, because they feel that they don't have to actually address the issues.

DeepanKrispanEven · 20/12/2016 12:05

I try not to attack any individual poster

Clearly not true, claig. Are you prepared to withdraw and apologise for the attacks you have made?

OhYouBadBadKitten · 20/12/2016 12:07

I think we've all probably been reported for driving everyone else in mn who happens to read these threads completely and utterly crazy Grin

Rebecca did say it was both sides and probably both sides disagree that they have been stepping over the line cos we all think we are right!

SouthallGirl · 20/12/2016 12:09

Deepan MN does have Talk Guidelines. Check them out.

BertrandRussell · 20/12/2016 12:11

For the avoidance of doubt, I have not, and will not report.

DeepanKrispanEven · 20/12/2016 12:12

Of course I know that MN has Talk guidelines. The point is that they don't say "No political incorrectness", contrary to the apparent belief of some posters on this thread.

BertrandRussell · 20/12/2016 12:15

Anyway. revenons a nos moutons.

Southallgirl. About that thing I want to say but can't because political correctness. What is it, please?

claig · 20/12/2016 12:23

'Are you prepared to withdraw and apologise for the attacks you have made?'

On Blair? Nope

OP posts:
squishysquirmy · 20/12/2016 12:55

Smelt it dealt it, Misss. (Sorry Rebecca.)
I have not reported this thread. I did report a comment of Southall's on a previous thread, in which she used an unecessary homophobic slur as a synonym for cowardly (when cowardly would have made much more sense in the context). I believe Southall has had a couple of comments deleted - there was another one that made a huge, sweeping generalisation about everyone in the Middle East and Jews which got zapped. Maybe that's the kind of comment she thinks political correctness is stopping her from making Bertrand?
Although she is free to make those comments and use that language in real life. Just not on a moderated forum, which is different.

squishysquirmy · 20/12/2016 12:58

Badkitten you're probably right!
Xmas Grin

Kaija · 20/12/2016 12:59

"
For the umpteenth time. Claig, myself, Chris, South and other centipedes (ugh centipedes, I've been on The Donald subreddit too long) would like to speak freely but the losing team will find something to get offended about, call us goady fuckers and want us banned"

So you want to say things that you believe are outside the MN acceptable talk guidelines?

DeepanKrispanEven · 20/12/2016 13:01

Don't be evasive, claig, it doesn't suit you. You've made some very unpleasant comments about me, Bertrand and Lweji.

squishysquirmy · 20/12/2016 13:02

[waves to lurking Blair - you old rascal Tony!]

claig · 20/12/2016 13:05

Lweji has been constantly snide about me and many other posters, but that is her style. I have sometimes reacted in similar style.

Bertrand knows I am joking, she is a good sport.

DeepanKrispanEven, I said your only purpose on these threads was to try and show how clever you are and I said that it was admittedly an uphill task. I apologize, you are clever.

OP posts:
Missswatch · 20/12/2016 13:08

So you want to say things that you believe are outside the MN acceptable talk guidelines?

Even if say things inside the guidelines the losers will at some point report a post they feel is offensive

The left love censorship

Kaija · 20/12/2016 13:09

So you are not speaking freely, missswatch? What is it you want to say?

Roussette · 20/12/2016 13:14

I think you are totally misguided missss ... I've been on claig's threads since day one just about... it isn't no. 6, it's more than that because there were others before no.1. They haven't changed that much in content so do not assume the losers, as you so quaintly put it, have reported posts. It could be lurkers, it could be anyone. it could be a double bluff by you for all we know! So do stop your silly left love censorship nonsense.

claig · 20/12/2016 13:14

'The left love censorship'

Absolutely and that is one of the major reasons why Trump won. Hectoring, bullying, forcing to apologize, insulting for opinions etc all backfire in the end because they offend against freedom. Everybody but Blair hates Big Brother because Big Brother controls us. Blair doesn't care because in my view he is a servant which is why he doesn't "understand" what is happening in politics.

As Nassim Taleb said, which was described by Newt Gingrich as the most important article he had read, on the IYIs I(the intellectual yet idiots) (whom I call the Oxbridge teams and PPEs)

"What we have been seeing worldwide, from India to the UK to the US, is the rebellion against the inner circle of no-skin-in-the-game policymaking “clerks” and journalists-insiders, that class of paternalistic semi-intellectual experts with some Ivy league, Oxford-Cambridge, or similar label-driven education who are telling the rest of us 1) what to do, 2) what to eat, 3) how to speak, 4) how to think… and 5) who to vote for."

Unless they learn to respect the people and free speech, there will be much more winning for the people and much more losing for the idiots.

squishysquirmy · 20/12/2016 13:17

The left aren't the only ones Misss
www.newyorker.com/tech/elements/please-dont-shut-down-the-internet-donald-trump
www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/interrogation/2016/03/donald_trump_vs_the_media_how_he_could_curtail_freedom_of_the_press_as_president.html

trump "has said that, as president, he might change libel laws and sue the media over negative stories. He has also urged violence against protesters at his rallies, while claiming that those protesters have violated his own First Amendment rights."

Roussette · 20/12/2016 13:18

You've typed most of that before claig . I decide what I do, eat, speak and think ... and vote for. As I said before when you said all this before.

squishysquirmy · 20/12/2016 13:19

"Hectoring, bullying, forcing to apologize, insulting for opinions etc all backfire in the end because they offend against freedom."

All things Trump is infamous for.

Missswatch · 20/12/2016 13:20

Ok i'll change it

The losing leftist lurkers will report us
