Zebra thank you . Not insensitive. I will forward that to my MIL. It should bring cheer and is very helpful. Praying for your nun friend. She is surely a daughter of God and will experience His help. I pray she recovers quickly and that she can be peaceful in the face of medical intervention.
Forget-me-not welcome. Don't apologise. Trust in God to get you through and don't despair. Ijust trust He is listening to my prayers. He has in the past, when I experienced the shock of answered prayer. There is no reason why He is not listening to you now too. We all know of prayers going unanswered but persistence pays off sometimes! We live in hope right? I hope you are not hit hard by Covid and recover quickly. Don't worry. God will help you. Our older, unhealthy (much loved) priest got covid last week. He is fine now. I got it and you wouldn't have known really (odd really, bit of a cough, wierd chills, lost smell briefly). Also a heartfelt prayer that your friend can reach out to you, be open to an approach from you, and pray God will help mend your relationship so you can share in the joy of Christ together.
Bedtime I have not heard of the Plough prayer. Will look it up. Praying for your health. It is so hard when we have seasons of illness. I pray your health issues can be resolved soon and you recover.

I hope @Madhairday is OK. I still pray for her from time to time. I should imagine you are busy with your writing but just praying that you've not more obstacles with your own and your family's health.
Some good news from me about MIL. The the cancer turn out to be at an earlier stage. Still serious and horrible treatment ahead, but you'd rather be a low number! Thanks for your prayers. Please keep praying for her recovery. She pushes us all away and thinks she's unloved when she is much loved.
My news: I finished the old testament this week in the podcast bible in a year. Whew! We are on Luke having covered the other gospels earlier in the year. They spread the gospels out through the year. It's still mad that most if the year is OT and only now We are so close to the end do we get to live with the NT (and Proverbs) until the year end!
