Waves back to @ZenNudist and hello to @SukiPook lovely to hear from you, you sound very happy where you are :)

Isahlo · 09/09/2021 21:26

What a lovely tread. God bless you one and all. If anyone’s got room for us in their prayer this week my family are desperately trying to move house, as we are being served a no fault eviction
We are trying to move to another town, and believe the lord is calling us to church there ♥️😘

Dutchoma · 10/09/2021 08:43

Welcome Sukpook and Isalho. Lovely to hear of your happiness at church Sukpook, I hope your mother is happy too wherever she is.
What a difficult situation Isalho. You are the third person I’ve heard of who has to move out of rented accommodation, I will certainly pray that you will be successful in finding somewhere.

Hello. I would like to request that posters pray for my daughter and I to be reunited.

Dutchoma · 10/09/2021 15:38

Hello Reunite. I will certainly pray that family issues are resolved. If you want to share a bit more, please do, but no worries if you don’t. God knows all your worries.

Hi Dutchoma. They’re not ‘family issues.’ It’s international child abduction, a serious violation of my daughter. What has happened to her must be correctly named in order to be healed. I say this without viciousness or contrariness, simply as the deliverer of truth. This cannot be made light of or trivialised as ‘family issues,’ though I realise you used that term without knowing our situation.

I’m Tracy Glover and my story is in the UK press. I have a petition but I am unable to post further details here due to trolling and the risk of your peaceful thread being derailed.

I ask for prayers that she be delivered from her suffering and the violation she has faced. I ask for prayers for her freedom to be honoured, to be a whole person, Czech and English. I ask for prayers that she be able to live a life free from force and coercion. I ask for prayers that she grows up with her fit and loving mother. I ask for prayers that our situation is freed from the shackles of denial and that the truth of what happened on that night in November 2016 be no longer denied, buried or trivialised but be brought into the light for the good of my daughter l, her healing and her future.

I also ask for prayer for action and a breakthrough in our situation and an opening of the hearts and souls of the general public, whose support and strength we need in order to resolve this dreadful injustice.

That’s a big ask. It’s a big situation and I have realised that I do believe but I don’t do so in a wishy washy way, but in a fiery burning flame.

Thank you for listening. X

What’s the FCO?

I truly believe pushing this into the public eye now is the best solution and asking your help at the highest level, ie Boris/Parliament. It may seem a pipe dream but miracles happen, hey?

I find the help/support offered tends to encourage tolerance of the intolerable. I am looking for strong hearts to act with me to change this situation, not ‘support.’ I think people struggle to understand this and don’t get the merit of standing up to authority, but it’s exactly what Christians ought to be doing in my belief.

I think people can end up in a kind of legal cat’s cradle, if that makes sense. International law can of ties you up in it. It’s my view that at this point the petition (and prayer) are the way forward. Active and spiritual action, if you will).

ReuniteTracyandEliska · 10/09/2021 16:55

Also thank you sudoku. I think I saw on thread you had some hateful trolling too? It’s vicious at times isn’t it? Hope you’re ok. X

I have caught up with the story Tracey and am indeed very sorry for your plight. Do you have any spritual help where you live?

ReuniteTracyandEliska · 10/09/2021 17:16

I have what I need where I live Dutch but I felt guided to out my request here.

Sudoku, soz, bit slow there. They were absolutely no help at all. I felt I had left every stone unturned then thought about doing the petition and also requesting prayer.

I won’t link here as the previous threads where I shared the petition and my story were deleted. I don’t think this is due to any ill will on mumsnet’s part, more the level of trolling has been so high it was probably unmanageable for HQ. I don’t want to end up in a position where I am banned from here.

I can be found @theenchanteddoor on Instagram or by my name Tracy Glover. The petition is linked on insta and my social media.

Thank you for asking. I feel determined that I bring this matter into the light. X

ZenNudist · 10/09/2021 21:55

Hello Tracy thats heartbreaking. I'm very sorry. You and Eliska are in my prayers. I have signed and shared your petition but I can imagine its so hard getting anywhere with it.

Praying also for @Isahlo, hello! I like that you have found a silver lining to the eviction.

Welcome also to @SukiPook I'm interested in hearing more about your church. I'm not used to evangelical worship. I find comfort in Catholic liturgy but always interested in what other churches do.

ReuniteTracyandEliska · 10/09/2021 22:19

The petition is already achieving its purpose. It has got somewhere. Fighting for change is a victory. Refusing silence and shame is a victory. You signed it and will pray for us. That is a victory.

I will have my daughter back.

Thank you. Sweet dreams.

ReuniteTracyandEliska · 11/09/2021 12:42

Just a quick update. From 80 to over 700 signatures in a matter of days!!! The fire of prayer works. Thank you so much! xxx

Santabunny · 15/09/2021 08:51

So a little update. The nun I was speaking to from Rachel's Vineyard called me last night ,( she says she knows that as I've been struggling , she's happy to call every few weeks for a chat).

I found the conversation quite helpful. She says there is a verse in scripture, ( I think Paul), which basically talked about us all being able to come back from sin, and be humbled by the experience. She says from speaking to me she personally feels Incan come back from this. She mentioned , ( which TBF , j already know as they are open about it in their website) , two of the group leaders for Rachel's Vineyard have experienced termination themselves.

She says it is about working though the experience and healing. All in all , appeared to be a valuable conversation.xx

Santabunny · 15/09/2021 10:49

Also I have temporarily name changed , as I got a lot of abuse under my previous name , ( not on this thread).x

coffeecup88 · 15/09/2021 20:40

Santabunny I'm so pleased you have found Rachel's vineyard, I'd not heard of it before but they really seems to be helping you.

ZenNudist · 15/09/2021 21:35

Hi santabunny, early for the festive name change! That's good the nun reached out. Lovely that she made the effort. IME you can come back from sin. I felt very free after my first confession in 25 years . I stepped away from a massive burden of all the things I'd done over the years. I didn't even feel that bad about them until I brought them out into the open, and then I was ashamed. But also it had a profound effect on me to change and live my life differently. It was like a line under one part of my life and from there a blank page to write my world anew. I felt then, and still do feel, so grateful to God.

Sometimes we all need to deal with our past and make a fresh start for the future. It doesn't have to be for traumatic reasons. We change and renew as we go through life.

I pray you can find a way to draw the line and move on into a happier period of your life.

whataboutbob · 15/09/2021 21:59

Hello, just popping in, I hope that’s ok. Both my teenage boys have Covid and my eldest is going to miss freshers week which he was so excited about. Very small fry compared to some peoples burdens. I am a very fluctuating Christian but I was actually thinking maybe there is a bigger plan here and it will work out somehow. If anyone can spare a prayer for DS1 I’d be grateful.

coffeecup88 · 16/09/2021 09:34

I will pray for your ds Bob. I would also like to ask for prayer for my middle child who is struggling with emotional difficulties.

Madhairday · 16/09/2021 13:00

Hello! Just creeping back quietly into the thread. I've been having a rubbish few weeks (months) and have been a bit absent from social media, but I think of you all a lot and want to come back as things are a little better. I'll have a proper read through now but lovely to see you all and welcome to newbies Flowers

Madhairday · 16/09/2021 13:08

Just catching up - @Santabunny I'm so glad you've had helpful advice from the nun. I'm so sorry to hear people on MN were giving you a hard time Flowers
