Funeral next Weds (day after my dad's birthday)

Could do with some more strength Funeral was yesterday and it seems to have opened up all the emotions that I couldn't let out for my other granddad last year (had to focus on getting mum through it), and the funeral I missed for my gran a couple of years ago.

Just all over the place and not focussing really.
