Amberlight- prayer that the heart problems she has are temporary and that the beast cancer will not return. Pray for dh after his op.

Dutch Oma- dh has a lung disease requiring regular trips to hospital/drs and lots of rest. Church services are not always easy due to excessive noise causing problems for Bob.
Expat's dd suffering from leukaemia. Give thanks that she has a donor for transplant and pay for a good outcome!
FriendofDorothy- pray that the pregnancy will stick and bleeding to stop.
Gingercurl- things are stressful at home, studying for PhD, high blood pressure
heyyyo-dd with health issues.
Issypeach- work situation insecure for h and Issy. Prayer requested for the dcs one of whom has gone awol and the other at uni

Jan marriage, new baby and ongoing health problems
Jugglingwith?-job applications to work 1 to 1 with children and a husband who needs to appreciate all she does!
Lostmywellies- recently returned to the uk, friendships for dd and ds to settle into nursery. Possible knee op?

Lovelyman access arrangements and maintenance. (and his SO prefers kissing wookies? eeuuu)
Madhairday- reoccuring lung infections, dd with psoriasis/partial hearing and unhelpful school and getting bullied. SATs week. Madhair is writing a book! ?or at least she should be if she weren?t on mn?
MaryB- work and relationships at church. difficult situations socially for dc's. dd getting bullied.

Notevenamousie- curently undergoing treatment as an inpatient. recently lost her mum.
PositiveAttitude- soon to be working abroad for 2 years from 17th July!. Pray for dds1,2 and 3 staying behind. prayer also for current work situation and 3 jobs! (eek). Prayers for DB and PA?s family?s relationship with sil.
SESthebrave-prayer for husbands stressful job situation, which may involve going to Dubai (not what ses wants). The last few weeks of pregnancy and work. Pray for the baby to turn the right way round.

SweetestThing- just got the all clear from cancer and officially in remission. however, still has to deal with the after effects of surgery.
Teaandcakesplease- single parent to 2 young children. unsupportive parents re ds "being a toddler." prayer for new reliable friends, and one friend in particular!

Weegie Thank God that treatment is bring some relief to her condition, chronic inflammatory.Demyelinating polyneuropathy. Ongoing prayers for more improvement and adjusting to a new way of life for both weegie and he dh dd has Perthe's syndrome , where the hip joint dies then regrows. Thank God for an improvement in her condition and further improvements so no op is needed.

Hello - not posted for ages, but wanted to come on here tonight to join in the heartfelt praying for little Aillidh and expat. Praying for God's healing love to enfold them and for his strength to be with thiem during this awful time.

Don't know if you remember, but I posted in April's thread asking for you prayers for my open university student paramedic application.
Well, today I heard that prayers have been answered and I have a place on the course, it's going to be a long four years working full time as well but I am so grateful and looking forward to it.

When I posted I quoted what my late Mother used to say' If thy presence go not with me, carry me not up hence' and I really feel His presence by my side and pray that He will be with me and guide my steps on the journey forward.

Praying for all.
Please may I ask for continued prayers for dh and I in our small business. We've kept it going through the recession and my year and a bit of breast cancer treatment, but we're now battling an individual who is trying very hard to damage the business so that we give them money to go away. I'm just so tired, and now we have to go to court to stop them after months of trying reason and sensibleness with them...it's got so bad we've even had to call the police after them turning up at our workplace...and we SO don't need this in our lives after what we've just been through.

Oh Amber, many prayers.
NCIS I googled that text and it is Exodus 33:15, which comes in the middle of a rather wonderful passage dealing with 'walking with God'
It says "I will go with you, for I am pleased with you and I know you by name."
That's rather good to hear, isn't it?

Continuing to pray. I'm really pleased to hear Aillidh is holding her own. I'm amazed at the support and prayers from the MNetters, it's awesome. Praying for you amber, that sounds horrible :(

DH and I are struggling with our faith a bit. He's wondering if God's there whereas I'm feeling like He's not that fussed about us! We've had a rough time the last few years and especially the last six months. It feels like we lurch from one crisis to the next! I think we need to ask church leaders to pray with us but it's bringing myself to ask you know? Prayer to get back on track would be appreciated.

Faith, certainly praying things will feel more settled for you with faith matters and with al you have been going through. Praying you'll know God's steady comfort.

please can i also ask for prayer - i start training tomorrow for my new volunteer job its 10 - 5 and i hope i will have the strength as i feel quite run down. its also been years since ive worked that many hours! thanks

DS has lost his comforters, not one but both He sleeps with them every night and I've managed to placate him with DD's doggy as a replacement (bless her for sharing) but I think he may have left them at the swimming pool changing rooms, I tried to call but their reception is now closed and the kids had to go to bed. Pray they turn up and DS somehow sleeps well

Oh no! I'm praying it turns up tomorrow and he sleeps week tonight.

Thanks to those who've been praying, I'm having a much better day today. I've pushed myself to out worship music on in the car to get me synced back in.

oh hell. just been headbutted really hard by ds on the way to time out for hurting his sister. I had his arms and body held away as he was trying to bite and scratch. headbutting was his only other option. I need to find a new restraint technique to prevent injury to both of us.

Hoping to move house at the end of the month (just down the road), but have lots of guests before then because it's summer holidays overseas already and this is the only time we can catch up with family living outside the UK. Am also having to invest a lot of energy in relationship with DH atm. So may not be around so much for the next little while! Will still be thinking of you all and prayig as I pack boxes. :)
