Amberlight- prayer that the heart problems she has are temporary and that the beast cancer will not return. Pray for dh after his op.

Beatrice Primrose and cupoftea poorly baby and support for the family
Bluetinkerbell- lost her beloved Sterre during her second trimester. Now pregnant again!
Caz and her baby Xander. Also for dh who does not share her faith.

Dutch Oma- dh has a lung disease requiring regular trips to hospital/drs and lots of rest. Church services are not always easy due to excessive noise causing problems for Bob.
Expat's dd suffering from leukaemia. Give thanks that she has a donor for transplant and pay for a good outcome!
FriendofDorothy- for a calm, successful pregnancy
Gingercurl- things are stressful at home, studying for PhD, high blood pressure
Issypeach- work situation insecure for h and Issy. Prayer requested for the dcs one of whom has gone awol and the other at uni
Jaffacakes... new baby
Jan marriage, new baby and ongoing health problems
Jugglingwith?-job applications to work 1 to 1 with children and a husband who needs to appreciate all she does!
Lostmywellies- recently returned to the uk, friendships for dd and ds to settle into nursery. Possible knee op?
LoveAndPrayers. Marriage and h?s debts
Madhairday- reoccuring lung infections, dd with psoriasis/partial hearing and unhelpful school and getting bullied. Madhair is writing a book! ?or at least she should be if she weren?t on mn?
MaryB- work and relationships at church. difficult situations socially for dc's. dd getting bullied.
Notevenamousie- curently undergoing treatment as an inpatient. recently lost her mum.

PositiveAttitude- soon to be working abroad for 2 years from 17th July!. Pray for dds1,2 and 3 staying behind. prayer also for current work situation and 3 jobs! (eek). Prayers for DB and PA?s family?s relationship with sil.
SESthebrave-prayer for husbands stressful job situation, which may involve going to Dubai (not what ses wants). The last few weeks of pregnancy and work. Pray for the baby to turn the right way round.

SweetestThing- just got the all clear from cancer and officially in remission. however, still has to deal with the after effects of surgery.
Teaandcakesplease- single parent to 2 young children. unsupportive parents re ds "being a toddler." prayer for new reliable friends, and one friend in particular!
Tuo-dd1 and dh to be more positive about her faith
Weegie Thank God that treatment is bring some relief to her condition, chronic inflammatory.Demyelinating polyneuropathy. Ongoing prayers for more improvement and adjusting to a new way of life for both weegie and he dh dd has Perthe's syndrome , where the hip joint dies then regrows. Thank God for an improvement in her condition and further improvements so no op is needed.

Sounds very familiar jan - inability to discuss anything even remotely difficult in a reasonable way ?

My DH did plan his day out with friends on shared hobby, and said he'd try to be back by 5.45 so I might be able to get to church this evening - am meant to be reading something.

Juggling i really hope dh is back in time for you to get to church! mine didn't say when he would be back. im trying to motivate myself to get out for a walk here :)

We've just been out to the park which did us good. DS took skate-board and they both enjoyed the playground too (even if DD is 13 !)
Also had toasties in the cafe, so that will keep us going.
DD is meant to be finding a sleeping bag and packing a few bits for her sleep-over now. Better go and encourage her as she gets a bit distracted by the telly etc. Her friend's just phoned so that's good

I don't post on here v often and I hope it's ok to be this direct! I have been finding my way back to my Christian faith lately and esp in the light of my DD who is 5, and what she has been going through..
I was wondering if you would remember her in your prayers. She has a variety of health issues which of late have been quite bad and affecting her well being and quality of life. I really want her to get though what she is suffering at the moment and would be so grateful if you would spare a thought for her in your prayers. Thank you.

Welcome Heyyyho... I'm sorry to hear that your dd has health problems. I will remember her in my prayers. Good luck with your own journey back to faith, too. I 'found my way back' a couple of years ago and I haven't looked back.

Morning all. I am a practising Christian and lurk on here sometimes and pray for you all. I wonder if I could gatecrash this morning and ask a quick prayer of you. I'm 8 weeks pg but bleeding this morning and in hospital now awaiting tests. I miscarried at 11.5 weeks in November so this is feeling very familar I have a beautiful daughter so extremely blessed but would welcome your prayers, either that my baby be ok, or that I find strength to understand God's plan for me. Thank you so much. Prayers for you all, too.

Praying through the situations...

I need prayers for Not Being So Stupid after collapsing at the disability spirituality conference thingy after working two 14 hr shifts. I can't seem to get it into my brain that I've just had a year of very tough cancer treatment and can't do all the things I used to be able to do. Gah!

Amber you just haen't got that sort of brain, so no good expecting anything like that from it. But we love you dearly, brain or no brain.

Welcome Heyyyho and BirdoftheNorth, your daughter is the same age as my little grandson, so it wrings my heart to think of her having health problems.
BotN I too had two miscarriages at an early stage, many moons ago now, but I well remember the feeling of total bewilderment at what God could possibly be up to. I too had a son but very much wanted another baby, which eventually I did.

I've never had a M/C myself but I sometimes think we are all so amazingly made that sometimes some of the things might go wrong in the making. I have quite liberal, unconventional beliefs, and sometimes imagine God might say "I'm so sorry, I did my best but something must have not gone right. When you're ready we'll have to try again" It must be so hard x

No idea if this sort of thought could be any help to anyone - it's probably just my own idiosynchratic thinking.

Oh Amber - what are we going to do with you. as DO said, we love you, as you are. I do hope you are recovering now, I know it has been very hard for you. Would be very interested to hear about the conference if you have some energy at some point - just what I am writing on. Prayers for your recovery and some rest and reassurance.

Been away for the weekend to a meet up of people with my disease which was as usual very wonderful so very tired indeed now but grateful for it. Will read through this properly and pray for you all.

I had a very early M/C once when trying for dc2. I was always comforted by the thought I would meet this person one day.

Juggling I like your thoughts on it too. I love that we all have different forms and variants of our belief but are so unified in it all. :)

Thank you all for your lovely prayers. It looks like I am miscarrying again but won't know for sure until they can scan me on Wednesday. I am home from hospital now though and cuddling my DD
