Yes, I think so. Everything has energy I think. The rainbow obsidian's beocme a bit of a 'worry stone' for me. I pick it up and I feel it gives me some strength/clarity. Whether it actually does or not is irrelevant in a sense, I mean, I think it does, so it does IYKWIM?
I don't enjoy meditation unless as part of QiGong TBH, so I suppose this would be my alternative.

i wouldn't be without great hunks of rose quartz round the place, esp in the bedroom and next to tellys and computers.

She'll need to go big on the festivals, without going to the big ones iyswim. Buy Festival Eye and find the little family ones.

LOL I had a dream last night Paps of whihc you wil aprove. I was looking out of my bedroom window and as I leant out the tres turned from winter (now) to Spring and tiny leaves and buds started to apear. Soon the whole street loked like spring with blossom and new leaves in lime green really fresh and clear.
I turned inside and said look spring is here how weird it is supposed to be winter.
GOod omen or what?

Yes it was until a few letters from my eldest and sensitive one. She feels she cannot talk to her dad and is so hurt by him. I suggested she wrote to him as well and told him how she was feeling.

Am going to wear my rose quartz necklace tomorrow. I also have a lapis lazuli one. WHat does that do?

Good idea your dd1 writing him a letter. My father has written me many letters, and a special letter to my dh when we married. Also I have written very heart to heart to my brother and it is a GOOD thing in my experience. Even if the truth hurts.

On a lighter note, my midwife gave me a hot hippie tip recently - when adding oils to your hippie bath, first mix the oil in a wee bit of milk... help disperse the oil through the bath, so it doesn´t just sit on the surface.

HI Guys had a brilliant session wiht a homeopath this morning. I was wearing my rosa Quartz necklaces (two of them) and she said how weird it was that she had just thought to put her rose quartz nearest to the chair I sat in. She gave me a rose quartz remedy which made me feel calmer and is sedning me a remedy on Monday.

This was real life and felt like a morning at the yurt for real whihc was great. Am lending her a copy of the celestine prophecies!

Hey lets fly here in our dreams tonite, in the nameake of Tigermoth Not so hippie, but surely a spiritual place where a Peruvian friend tells me the horses dance in the misty clouds

Ah dancing horses there is an image to conjure with. I felt in a purple spirit today and know that this journey is bringing me closer to my spiritual side and more in touch wiht my inner self. I think I will emerge in harmony and better in so many ways knowing how to take that useful pause before putting my foot in my mouth and doing things I later regret.

Already I am learning to slow down my reactions and not to do the first thing which pops into my head.

That sound really positive and beckons much towards happiness and peace
