Hi guys.... step in, grab a yak skin, straw filled cushion and roll a herbal cig.

I'm baking some 'herbal' muffins in the stove..... relaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax and breath whilst I get them out.

When I said about my meditative centre soothing and supporting me - I mean the woman in me who sits in the centre in love and power. Like the inner centre of a wheel. On the outer edges are the directions, North, South, East and West.

When my emotions or the life around me is either unbalanced or challenging and I don´t feel in my centre, she still is and I call to her and seek her guidence and she comes and holds me and whispers balance into my life

So she is a guide and my higher self from my inner temple.

She is the one who casts sacred stones from the cliff tops and shows me the way of sacred wise wyrrd sage being

Fantastic Paps. It is that core of us which is beautiful and able to cope with lifes upheavals and which we often lose in our troubled times.

My core is troubled by my anger at the moment which I need to let go and blow away into the winds so that I can proceed with my life in my new path hand in hand with my family.

I am gathering your wise stones and surrounding myself with a powerful circle which will give me strength and calm.

mmm what would a beetroot lay? perhaps they would come out white and shiny like early asparagus.

Reclining in the Yurt today looking out the tent flap at the sun rays sparkling upon the lake. I see frogs upon lily pads, conducting cleansing dances in thought of those who are saying goodbye to to past lives. Their antics make laughter and light and the pain seems diminish moment by fleeting moment.

I sleep and relax amongst wonderful caring friends in this life who come and feed me, take baby paps away to play and laugh and massage my being. I love them, they are gifts to be treasured.

Ah Paps had a rest and drifted into the yurt myself today in rl. I had a giant lily pad which wafter about the lake to lie on and watch the frogs! I am becoming more calm by the moment here and perhaps a little better in rl as well.

Sunflower man is reading me poetry, Rossetti and Donne and am just starting Byron.

What a lovely idea Glitter, you have tempted me from the Yurt. I will go for a moonlight drift upon a lily pad and listen to the frogs croak their evening tunes. My absent dh will come from distant clud covered shores to companion me on the lily pad

I will slumber upon the gentle waters of the lake tonite and bask in the pearly light of the moon. Then in the sunrise hour the birds will rouse me sweetly with their dawn chorus.

What a way to spend the night. I see your Sunflower man waxing to you in the waning moon, his soft voice luxurious in poetic muse.

Am reading more things paps about learned optimism and happiness. Am starting to feel much more centred and grounded and am going to do the wheel you sent to me.

Am speaking to my homeopath and feel that things are changing and I am really learning of my own strength and power.

I feel supported by an enormous (lily pad) wave of friendship and love and bouyed up by my new awareness of things.

Most importantly everything is starting to connect and the occurances are happening every day to me as things begin to happen more and more.

Here my lily pad has turned purple with lilies in purple as well which represents spiritual healing to me. I have a crown of rose quartz and my children are dressed in robes of amethyst and sing and play on dolphins by my feet.

THe poetry reading goes on and the light dances in time to the sound of sunflower mans melodic chant.

I like the words learned and connected for I know them to be worthy and fruitful in my life indeed

Let us join a circle of lily pads in celebration of the Winter Yule Solstice. The frogs will chorus and breathe their medicine of new life coming forth from the cold of winter. The cleasing songs are for all in pain and joy in everything.

The children skate nearby and glide amongst the ice sculptures which glisten in the starligt. The jewels of the cliff reflect and bring night time rainbows to the lake and ice. The image is of swirling aurora, bringing a magical vibration to the air.

Paps what a beautiful scene. I had felt left out of the solstice and now I see we have a virtual circle. The frogs are singing now in the rainbow lights and their song is sending me to sleep and calm with a winter blessing and hope for the light to come.

I have had a mixed day with the start of the legal battle and the first salvos of the real war. It is odd to see your name as glitter v glitter but now wiht this peaceful scene I hope one day to see the old abit nicer h re emerge and the horrible x dive into the water never to darken my door.

I am glad the kids are skating and enjoying the scene as they need peace as well. Night paps my friend and happy solstice.

My hubby is home

He, Tigermoth and baby paps are all snugged up in bed together. After I eat my banquet lunch of alfalfa, tomato, cream cheese on bed I will join them. Can you feel the love? !!

Yep your lily pad is now in danger of tipping you all off into the lake and you can all have a swim with the mer people!

The yurt has become a festive bonanza with icicles and glitter everywhere alongside the trees. Mrs Santa and the elves are passing out presents and there is a distinct smell of festive cookies of cranberries and cinamon.

The lily pad was a super deluxe frog spirit variety. It is very buoyant and its surface extra adhesive for good sticking percentages !

Because Santa is a Shaman there will be mushrooms baking on a string over the fire and many lands to see and discover. There is also an apple pie with almond nuts - with créme brule with banana, lime and pineapple. In a glass which I have left in the Yurt.

There are fairy bags and leprehaun popworks which also snap and crackle. As they explode little tiny treasures of all crystals and metal come raining down.

It is a day of pleasures

Well the yurt has put on quite a show this christmas and is even now humming with a melody of its own. There is a feast of mufins and cookies and cakes and alongside a salad bar with Paps's sprout mixtures.

The rainbows are still hovering and are now joined by sunlight and feathery clouds on which we perch to watch our whole land bathed in a pink glow and our children floating pecefully asleep.

On reflection and contemplation of Monkeytrousers thread about Counting our Blessings... the Yurt counts the blessings of all the children far and wide. As it travels the Yurt sends Grace glitter and Paps stones to shine and give love and peace to the Children of this World.

The feast is open to all, come they told me and we in the Yurt came, In Spirit...

Love peace and light Paps! The blessings fall thick and fast like shards of light through the air and our children take them like arrows and throw them far and wide into many lands.

With the blessings comes gratitude for our friends and family, for those we have loved and lost and those we love still. We remember those who have gone this year but whose lives touched ours and we speak of the unique qualities they bought to our lives. The yurt is bathed in bliss and hope for the times to come and my spirit guide, a golden deer is by the door looking in.

Such lovely words Im not sure I have the capacity right now to write them. I am enjoying reading yuors both though. I have been feeling a little rough of late , and have been posting in suedonim for a few days. Im just not sure how or when to come clean so to speak. Seems silly now , as my name is on here !!!

I hope you are all having a lovely family time. Im not leaving my couch much , as dd isnt to well now and just wants to be peaceful and quiet.

Paps your bear totem seems fitting , strenght and awe. My animal totem is salmon , so it explains my feeling in life of fighting against the currents. I think I need to learn more from my salmon guide.

I am a salmon too Melsy but have adopted my golden deer because every time I do a visualisation he arrives and stays sayin nothing but remaining with me.

Am feeling that this will be my spritual year! Am enjoying meditating and visualising wiht eldest daughter she loves it it sets her free adn at peace.

Like you Glitter I have another guide for many years now in the Dolphin and the Tiger this last year. I do see much of myself in the Bear - more than there used to be which is a good thing!!

I just love to watch the children of the world playing here, in the lake, forest and teasing the mer people - who are being most tolerant. The dolphins are taking the kids for surfing lessons in the waves and dolphin ballet in the shallows. Bella the unicorn takes the children riding, as does Esmeralda, albeit at a slightly slower pace.

Milk is good paps! Human and kind and giving!

When giving baby paps abit of human milky love her 4.5 year old friend requested that she would like some too! Feed the world. I get my paps out here in the Yurt for all the children, but in RL they just aren´t that all emcompassing!
