I really love my cat, I play with him every day turn him on his back and Stroke and kiss his tummy and fluffy arm pits . I often dance around the house serenading him with songs..

Rock-a-bye baby, ( whilst cradling him like a baby) or sing pop songs where I will replace the word boy or girl with “cat”., ( Especially like One Direction is what makes you beautiful?)
I have often referred to him as my son ha ha my daughter who is seven has started to behave the same way I am laughing as I am writing this as I know it’s a bit much but he really is funny and cute
Often he played bite and tussles with me But he loves the attention especially when I’m brushing his fur
he is very cute I shall show you a picture of him and you must all reply with yes he is Lord Catto and declare your undying devotion to him.

Both my partner and I love our tuxedo kitten just as much. We have no kids though. We kiss him all day, are available for him 24/7. My partner didn’t want a cat 😆🐾

Oh your not on your own. I like to recite the owl and the pussy cat to mine (I play the owl). Lad cat couldn't give a shit. I tried to let him know I love him by slow blinking but I swear, the look of contempt on his beautiful furry face, if he could've rolled his eyes he would have.

Here is my little chap, he is nearly 13. If my kids went near my fluffy jumper I squeal but the cats allowed. 😄

We all love our cat also. He spends a lot of time being carried around cradled like a baby and purring. He likes a song and never misses a bedtime story. Cat is head of mental health welfare for the family in this house.

My two cats are the centre of my world. Nothing is as important to me as them and their welfare/happiness.

I was the same with my cat, she was my world, used to sleep with her head on my shoulder every night & still be there in the morning, would know the sound of my car & be waiting at the window or end of the drive for my return home. I loved her more than anything, DH always joked he was No 2. I miss her so much every single day

I am glad others recognise that cats have arms. My vet calls them his 'front legs'. No, Mr Five Years At Vet School, they are arms.

I told my cat this evening not only was she my favorite cat (and only cat) but probably my favorite family member (sorry DH and dses😜)

She is a non lap-cat rescue who is aloof and hates to be held but by god, I adore her. She truly is the best and I can’t believe how lucky I am to have her. Listening to her purr as I scratch her ears is the best therapy after the shit week I have had.

My DH (who really insists he doesn't like cats) also calls them arms and armpits. And he calls their front paws their "fluffy hands".

I loved my cat so much. He'd sleep on my bed purring away, when I was sitting in the garden he'd come up to me and lie under my chair. I'd go to the back door and call him and he'd come running up the path to greet me. He died 2 weeks into the start of the first lockdown and I was utterly heartbroken. Love them while they're with you as they're gone too soon. And no, you can never love a pet too much!
