Help please naming a female black labradoodle!

We have become the proud owners of a lovely female black labradoodle and all the doggie names I can think of are male. DS2 wants Pippin so the options so far that I have are:-

Pippin
Molly
Maisie (although not sure about this one as it is the name of one of DS1's friends little sisters).

Oh how beautiful. I am so so jealous.

I wonder if I could trade DS2 in for a Labradoodle? He's the reason we can't have one. He would tear a dog limb from limb. More to the point he is also the reason we haven't got a life! C'est la vie eh!

We had a labrador cross called Guninness when I was a child! We couldn't keep him though sadly.. he was lovely but he kept trying to "rape" my sister!

Guinness is a fab name. LittleB, that's a good idea about draping a blanket, might try that, particularly if my DSs don't leave her alone.

ShinyHappy .

Doodledootoo, I don't know the address of the website and my DS1 isn't SN but he has been a worry and has in the past seen specialists because of concerns about Aspergers/Autism, although he has been given the all clear but he does display some Aspergers type behaviour and both DH and I have noticed a massive change in him since getting Pippin, she's the only thing that can drag him from his computer and electronic gadgets and his self-esteem and confidence have taken a notable change upwards. I've realised how empty our home and lives have been since our cat died two years ago, particularly for DS1.

The crate is going well although she doesn't seem too destructive at the moment but training her to use it all the same as I am told she could start at any time. The crate is really helping with the toilet training as she won't do a poo in the crate, although she has a touch of Collitis and howls to be let out for a poo this meaning she has only slept through once since we got her.
