Can somebody tell if a dog has been present in this vehicle

Hi All, I have seen a few cars and only looking at the bwm gran tourer and it seem alot of them have had dogs inside them due to it being a estate. I saw this one and it's seems the dealer has done a good job cleaning the vehicle couldn't see any dog hair in the vehicle and it decent priced. But I noticed this marks on the carpet roof, there are some stain marks and black marks so I assume this is from a dog? Any dog owners can you confirm pls attached is a pic. I guess If I had not had seen this mark I would have bought the vehicle already.

My DH is a car dealer. We have two dogs that have been in all the cars he sells.
They are valeted to within an inch of their lives! (The cars, not the dogs) when they are sold on. Never had anyone complain about it.

Your car salesperson must have gone home and said "I need a new career. A woman is examining the car in microscopic detail to ascertain whether a dog was ever in it. She's going to post images on a forum tonight for random strangers to comment, then come back in the morning for another sniff test."
