Imo, ABSOLUTELY.

Prison time should be given to people like this.

So @NaeRolls someone completes suicide leaves a note say 'I had no choice after my interaction with naerolls today.
You don't even remember your interaction with this person at work, but you agree with this op and would pleas guilty and go to prison?

Yeah this is odd to me

Every single accusation about absolutely anything could be false. That's the logic that rape apologists use

If there was an investigation into bullying, proof etc then a person would be taken to court

But direct causality is impossible to prove.

I dont think it is impossible

Its very possible to pinpoint an ongoing campaign of bullying causing someone to kill themselves, using witness testimony, messages and social media as evidence to build a case

Bullying is not a specific crime though, although some forms are. And suicide is not a crime. How could it be a crime if your actions make someone commit a legal act?

You can prove bullying. And that should be covered by harassment legislation. You cannot prove bullying caused suicide. I am not saying it doesn't, because I think it can. However, the suicide is not solely as a result of the bullying.

There are other factors that play a significant role, so what would this crime be? It can't be manslaughter. Would it be a new offence? What would the criteria be?

I just picture myself as an juror and I would never be able to able to convict, I cannot imagine any amount of evidence that would convince me that someone killed themselves exclusively as a result of the bullying.
