I'm sorry, but who approved this?!

I received this mailer today. Who on earth proof-read this? The grammar is poor and has actually irritated me!

I'm not planning to sell my house, but if I did, this tiny little detail would put me off using this company.

We had a flyer for a new private dental surgery in our town recently. I counted 15 (yes, 15!!) spelling/ grammatical errors on it. They were at great pains to stress how professional their service was, but this piece of tat suggested they were anything but!
As I said to DH, if you can't trust to spellcheck a flyer, what confidence would you have about them using drugs and chemicals in your mouth?

One of the misspelt words was the name of the town! 😩
