Great stuff, sleeping really will make a difference, as will ads and having some help. Let us know how it goes won't you?

Don't have too much chamomile- if you do it has the opposite effect and keeps you awake (seriously). Hope the sleeping tablets work- I find that if I can't sleep its becaue my brain's too active- reading does it for me- I then fall asleep with the book in my hand. A few drops of lavender essential oil in the bath are good for relaxing as well.

Other thing to try is fresh air! I know it sounds obvious but I went through something similar last year and I found I just couldn't summon up the energy even to get out of the house but when I did start forcing myself to get out for a bit every day it did help - maybe by just being a little more physically tired.
