I’m a Tesco lover really but have been trying aldi to see if it could save me money.
a lot of things are cheaper like crisps, kids snacks etc but over all I don’t think I’m actually saving that much money switching from Tesco to aldi.
do any of you find much of a difference ?

Yes, by a long way.

When our local Aldi first opened and I could do a comparison over several weeks of shopping, I reckoned my weekly bill was about 30% less, consistently.

Plus, saved time.

I did a comparison one time and found Aldi to be about 1% cheaper than Sainsbury's for that particular shop. And I didn't get the advantage of using SmartShop.

They are probably cheaper for highly processed foods.
