Expecting my first baby in a few months so have been buying baby clothes on Vinted eBay etc and am keen to be able to keep them for a second child or resell them.
What brands should I look out for that are particularly good at keeping their quality?

Lookout for zipped baby grows - Next and Gap do them and possibly others, pricey if new so if can get them secondhand they will be an absolute godsend for convenience, especially when baby gets older and fidgety! Poppers are a bloody nightmare in comparison!

Tbh, by the time they grow out of them most brands will do the job. The only items I would consider spending more on are coats/pram suits that get worn a lot, as well as shoes when older.

Some top faves so far for DS2.5

Jojo Maman Bebe- good quality (but buy 2nd hand if you can as pricey, or in the sale)
Next- colours last well and lots of lovely designs (again a bit pricey so go for sales if you can)
TU- lovely jackets and dungarees on there, good quality and reasonable prices
Matalan- great for basics and bundles
H&M- also great for basics and bundles (also great if you love pastel and neutrals)
Primark- the cheapest of the cheap (nursery clothes and t-shirts have been great)
Mountain warehouse- complete surprise but got the cutest dungaree set for £6 in the sale and really good quality.

I got a lot of 2nd hand passed on in the 1st year and found you really don't need to invest a lot. After 2 they grow a lot slower so clothes last upwards of a year (or more) so it makes sense to spend more on quality then.
