If money, space etc wasn’t an issue how many children would you have?

I totally understand now I’ve got ds how the Radfords etc happen Blush

Just been sorting through his baby things and already things don’t fit ... probably never be worn again. And he looks so tiny on newborn pics!

I’d want four but think it’ll be one or two. Desperately hoping for two. How about you?

2, which I've got. It's not money and space that's the issue, it's time and attention.

Two, I think I would struggle to meet the time needs etc of more than two.

I'd have a surrogate carry the babies for me, a night nanny, cleaner and a big house/garden.

If all that was possible I'd have 5.

A surrogate? I know you're not serious, but that's a bit Handmaid's Tale, isn't it?

I wanted 3 but DC2 has autism and the risk of having a second child with autism is too high for me personally.

  1. Struggling to have my second so three is out of the question 😢

The surrogate comment is a joke right?

LadyBugg · 01/04/2021 22:01

I have 2, I have always wanted 4, but I'm hoping reaalistically that I could one day have 3.

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 01/04/2021 22:04

I've got two. If money and space were no issue, and if I'd been able to conceive sooner - I started trying at 30, but was 33 before I had my first), I'd have liked 4.

TokyoSushi · 01/04/2021 22:13

4 I think, but only if I had plenty of space, and plenty of money. I'd like to be a SAHM if I had 4.

As it is, I'm very happy with my 2 although I do have a full time job that I'm less keen on!
