Curious - how often do you change DCs nappy?

Just that really...how old is DC and how often do you change their nappy? 🤔

I’ve just seen a post on the Peanut App where a woman said she changed her 6m old DD when she wakes in the morning, before she goes to bed at night and only during the day if she does a dirty nappy 😳 surely that’s not the norm?!
If it is I’m changing DS faaaaar too often 🙈

I do the same as the lady from the Peanut app. However, my DS poops about 5 times a day so it's never too long between changes

TBH if I was going to change after every wee I would just do EC ... seems to defeat the point of a nappy TBH.

Obviously would change ASAP after a poo.

Every 3 hours during the day. Obviously more often if it's dirty, he does go 11-12 hours at night when asleep though. If he woke I would change him but generally doesn't 🤞🏼

So interesting to hear everyone’s replies 😊

@stopchewingeverything Sounds like my DS 🙈 constant dirty nappies!! I can’t find the exact post from the lady on the Peanut App again but from her post it sounded like her DD usually does one dirty nappy a day in the morning then the next time the nappy is changed is bed time which personally I feel is far too long 🤷🏻‍♀️

@BertieBotts I think nappies are to catch pee/poo till you can change the nappy not hold it. So for me the “point” of the nappy is different. Most people do what suits their family.
