Exactly the title really, ds is 8 months old and starting to think about moving him to his own room 😊

Our DS is still in our room at 6 months. But he’s going to be moving upstairs soon so we didn’t want to go up and down lots during the night.

I do wonder if some of the safe sleep guidelines do at to the risk of post natal depression. Not so much at night for me but when DS started napping in the cot it had to be in a dark room. I found following the guide lines for that really hard as it was January and there already so little daylight as is then too loose another three hours of it for napping was tough. So I stopped sitting with him. Not within the guide lines either.

Ds is still in with us at 10 months. We are sorting his own bedroom now so might try in a few weeks. I like sharing tbh.
