Hello experienced mummies, my toddler has caught a bug and his diarrhoea got so bad today that he is getting so sore. He poops about 5-6 times a day and it's watery. Now even before we take the nappy off he is so scared because it seems to hurt so much. It's tears all the way through and it's so unlike him,
he's usually such a tough cookie, falls over and hurts himself, hands bleeding, big bruise on head but no tears.

Is there a certain cream you recommend? I know it'll get better but when your child is hurting you want to do anything to make them feel better.

Yellow metanium worked for DC1 but not DC2. For DC2 we got a prescription cream from the GP, it was strong stuff so we stopped using it when the broken skin had healed, and we also found that Weleda helped a lot.

Bepanthen better than metanium in my opinion!
