Wondering whether anyone more tech savvy than me can help.
DS uses You Tube on his phone. I generally have it set so it is restricted for mature content (as much as you can with You Tube)
Anyway, he tried to get on the YouTube app on his phone tonight and a thing comes up saying there's a new version to install and the only option it gives is to install it.
However, when it takes him to the Google Play Store, there is a message saying "Parental Controls Restrict Downloading of this Item". I can't work out what I need to do so I can get You Tube working for him again or to install the update? There doesn't seem to be any way for me to get onto the You Tube page on his phone in order that I can log in and take of restrictions while I update.
I wondered whether it was the Qustodio app blocking anything but it's not.
Any ideas?
