reasonably priced pocket nappies- help

I need some advice- i know all there is to know about shaped nappies and AIO's etc but have never tried a pocket nappy- which ones do you guys suggest? i like the minki designs but are they any good- i will be buying about 16 i think so don't want to spend the earth!

Bagpuss, just looked in one of my stock magic-all and it says wash on high (whatever high means!) however my wholesalers website recommends 40 also, so that sheds no light on it.

That must be where I got it from then - my seller that is. Poor nearlythere, started a thread asking for advice and we've rather hijacked it somewhat .

In answer to the OP, I would perhaps have a look at Minkis, Nature Babies Stuffables (although I have never tried these), Fuzzis and perhaps Bumgenius (they are pricey but are one size).

Bagpuss - glad you didn't mind us getting carried away!!!

Try 2 x inserts of the smaller size (eg 2 x mediums in a large nappy) - this should fix the problem.

Really, you're best using SB inserts as they're shaped right. Although they've stopped making the hourglass MT ones which is a PAIN. So try 2 x hemp and let me know. It should work well.

well cheers guys! I'm back to square one and its taken me half an hour to read all the messages in between! Right lets make it a bit easier for me- which pocket nappies are going to hold their value the best? I won't be using them for long as hoping to start potty training soon but want to squeeze in a new set of nappies before that happens!

If you're starting PT soon, then Swaddlebees. Also hold their value well and you can use them as trainer pants/pullups.
