Both Ds' are in cloth. Ds2 gets occaisional run of the mill nappy rash which i can handle (usually when i don't have a fleece liner handy!), but ds1 gets dry bum cheeks, on the 'seat' area and also around the inside and towards the front of his thighs where the wrap touches. the skin is pink and shiny and dry, almost like it had been painted with clear nail varnish.
I use a mix of nappies- tots, popolini, little lamb, traditional terries and also wraps- cot.bots, tots, bumpy, bear behinds, minki so i would think the same bits of skin are not always in contact?
anyone, any ideas?

i am looking for some wool wraps for night also if anyone is selling any? i dont have a ton 'o money hence dont care if they are tatty so long as they still do the job.

tia ladies.

was going to take him to doc today to get it looked at, but it is nearly gone!! yay!
i had him in my 'fleece longies' for two days then in a minki stuffable last night and the night before he was in very slum nappies like motherease but with me doing a million night changes. [yawn] but it has paid off.
im so pleased because i felt so guilty. i choose to put him incloth and it was making him sore iyswim?
anyway, thanks all. with regards to the dry cheeks, think i will put a thin slather of cream on every other change or something and make sure he always has a fleece liner as this really helps. i made another load the other day. they keep the skin really dry don't they? amazing!
