Ah, might have to watch the first one when Eueys a bit older then liz. I've just realised the 2 little toys he came home with from his nana and grandads the other day were the things off that film! I wondered what they were ha ha!

Quadding is so much fun, must be great that you have the room to use them. Glad the girls had fun! I had a little 170 Ram up until last year when I sold it. It was road legal, but I hadn't used it for 3 years so I go rid of it. Robs still got his, it's a blue Yamaha raptor 700, bloody lovely, but again he's not used it in years so it'll go before we move I think. Shame cos Euan would love it!

All good here. Went to see a beauuuuuuutiful house yesterday, it's only just gone on last week and we bloody want it! Not our usual thing, but love it.
Sick of our house not selling and we went it to have a go at the agents the other day (we didn't in the end as he's too bloody nice), but we can't understand why we're not getting viewings. Most of the other houses around here are selling within a couple of weeks, and we're not even getting people through the door.
They've planned an open house for when we go away to France, but tbh we did the figures last night for keeping this and renting it out and buying the new one and we are actually better off keeping it.
Just waiting to hear from our financial dude, if we get the go ahead, we'll put in an offer today.
It's too big for us if I'm honest and the garden is smaller than we wanted, but once done we could stand to set ourselves up for life. Will take a few years, but it's liveable.
Have got our reservations because it is literally right in the centre of town and we wanted a village or market town, but we don't have to stay once it's done. One about 4 doors down exactly the same but done has just sold in the last couple of weeks so it's set the price of this one.

No it's not your usual cup of tea is it choccy? it is nice, the rooms look good sizes, the downside for me is the parking, I just don't like areas like that. But if that doesn't bother you, it's ideal. Did you manage to get things sorted and make an offer?

Mums and dads is all signed now, so no backing out from the other side, but still not got a completion date! Their bungalow is about to have the kitchen and bathrooms fitted, then just decorated, so should be timed just right to move into by the time they have to move out.

Time out? I don't know, it's difficult to judge cause it's hard to know if they understand why your doing it.

If a toddler misbehaves at violets nursery, they have time out in the sleeping area, not sure if they out them in the cot or not.

Violet bit lulu st nursery on Monday!! She's never done it before. Lulu doesn't usually go, but wanted to for a change, so she went and was playing outside eith the others when violet got sbit over excited and just bit her belly!!! I don't quite know how she managed to gets grip on her cause it's not like she has rolls on her stomach or anything, but nursery had to tell violet off. It left a mark!

I don't think he really understands time out. We tried sitting him on a 'naughty spot' kind of but he just got up and followed us and smacked again. I think he's too young for it. We tried calmly telling him it hurts blah blah but that only worked for a couple of days.

Tonight I'd had enough and I walked out of the room and shut myself in the kitchen. He stood there crying shouting mummy but when I came back in he was nice for a minute or 2 then started again.

Has violet been through the smacking stage? Or did Lulu? Bet lulu wasn't impressed at being bitten!

Yeh I'm feeling ok. Always very tired tho, and feeling very stressed with Joshua but at least I'm not feeling sick now lol.

Oh no iwish, weird isn't it how Joshua has gone naughty? Euan won't sit still on the naughty step, but I give him a little pat on the bum where his nappy is (he wouldn't feel it), but they seems to work if he is naughty. He's got the bottom lip thing down to a tee too!

Hope lulu is ok liz after her bite, poor thing.

Well, am absolutely devastated tonight. Been putting in offers for this house all day today, at at 6pm tonight it was between us and someone else so they wanted final offers. We offered asking price, and those little fuckers offered 'slightly more'.
The house is being sold by the 3 daughters of the person who owns it (has got dementia). 2 of the sisters wanted to sell to us as we are a family, whereas the others are a gay couple it turns out, I think they will literally do it up and sell it, whereas we wanted it as a family home first and foremost, but yes to make money eventually (4 doors up has just sold for shitloads!)
Anyway, the greedy sister won, and they went for the higher offer.
The agent tried to sell us to them as he knew how much we wanted to make it a home and said to the sisters how we wanted to make it a family home just like when they lived there blah blah, and how we want another child next year etc, but it didn't work.

However, the agent has also said if the others don't sort their shit out this week (mortgage, solicitors etc), we will get another chance.
Well and truly absolutely gutted

Oooooooo forgot to say, our friends had their scan today, identical twin boys!

Oh no!! That's rubbish :(. They should have sold to you rather than the others. Like you said they would just do it up and sell it! I think some people get greedy and let money get in the way.

If we smack/tap him he will just do it back and think its a game. Getting pissed off with it now if I'm totally honest. If you say stop it he repeats you, laughs and does it again :(
I don't understand why he started being naughty all of a sudden. I always praise him for good things so I don't think he's doing it for attention.

Have you tried ignoring him? When Euan screams for attention we've started to ignore him and he shuts up. If he slaps, I look him in the eye and tell him no, then the lip comes out......!

Not successfully ignored him no lol. I tried ignoring him but he smacks us in the face so not easy to ignore. Might try turning away from him and ignoring him tomorrow and see if that works.
If we look him in the eye and say no he laughs and smacks you in the face.
I was always very happy that although he was into all sorts and kept us busy he was never naughty. Obviously the tables have turned!

Good luck. It's weird how they start doing stuff all of a sudden isn't it. Euan smacks, but I grab his hand and tell him a firm no in the eye and he looks away and does the lip thing so he knows it's wrong. It's usually when we're having fun and he's getting boisterous so for me to all of a sudden tell him off, he knows it's not good!

Robs just come in from the pub with his brother. He's a bit tipsy and not happy about the house thing! He's 'found' a bit more money, so will put in one last offer tomorrow which the agent said to do if we did want to up it slightly. Even though it was finally bids today, he said by law he has to put our offer forward.
He we don't get it, and we get beaten again, at least we've cost the gays a few more £££'s

I'm not ashamed to say I do smack violet, on the arms or leg, she also has the bottom lip thing fpdown to a tee. So she knows she's done wrong. Usually a short sharp smack does the trick and she doesn't do whatever it is again.

Wat you all down today? I have been to revesby show with mum and dad, Chris has been away for the third weekend on the trot, sea fishing this time. Went Friday, back today. And spent most of the time on board being sick. Strangely I have no sympathy!!

Went to see Thomas the tank yesterday too and Joshua absolutely loved it! Didn't bring the pram so he walked all day, didn't ask to be picked up once! He did get to sit down on some train rides tho.

Hope you get the house too. Will they tell you in the morning? Me and OH have been looking at a house on the Internet today. We like it but realistically it's not good moving and doing it up when we have to small kids and a crap wage as ill be on mat leave. It was still a 3 bed like ours but a bit bigger and had a conservatory. All the rooms would need decorating and we only did our kitchen in December.

Am excited for the scan, want to know the sex of the baby now so we can get decorating and buying!!
