DS has an audition for Les Miserables in West End...... Please send Power of MUMSNET to KangaBoy

Please cross your fingers for KangaBoy on Monday ..... He has an audition for Les Miserables in West End

DS has been asked to go for an AUDITION on Monday

For the part of GAVROCHE

This is the first Audition he has ever done

MarsLady told us about the cheap tickets for the west end and we took him to see LES MISERABLES and he was hooked

Sleepy Jess sent us some CDs as well.

Please have your fingers crossed on Monday for him.

I missed this yesterday. Good luck to Kangaboy! When will you find out if he's got the part? Oooh the suspense!

The audition is at 12 noon and lasts about 30 mins

We have to wait outside in foyer and if he comes out with a letter

He is going back again for another audition on Thursday morning

If he doesn't get given a letter then he doesn't go back again

So by 12.30 I guess

He has never done anything like this before so we want him to have fun and enjoy it.

He has been practising his song and actions today

WOW!! how exciting! good luck to Kangaboy for tomorrow, my ds went for a couple of auditions a few years ago and got a "bit" part in a production at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds - we were all very proud and it's helped no end with his confidence, he also was quite a shy boy.
Hope everything goes ok x

Yes will be back about 2pm

DS is coming straight home then going off to school asap.

So either will be here around 2pm or 3.45pm after school.

Then we went in Feb.....

We have the CD in the car every day.

We have the DVD of the Concert

THe CDs Sleepy Jess sent us he has upstairs in his stereo

So it certainly started something

Philip Quast {who plays Javert} is my idol and is my desktop picture and screensaver

So I am obsessed as well
