mears, here it is, less than 20 minutes of monday morning. If you are facing a monday in work I hope you have a really good day. Hope you have time to post about your situation. I worked for an awful line manager and 18 months and one job change on, I am still trying to get him out of my head. You have my sympathies and I'm glad you have a union to call on.

Thanks for the messages. I went back for 2 short shifts and all was well. Manager was very pleasant. Work will continue to resolve issues that may cause problems in the future. I am very optimistic. Will just have to wait and see.
