With children, because they have concerns? Not because of diability or special needs?

Can anyone talk me through it, step by step? What is to be expected?

dont understand why others dont understand,

want to know what to expect, this is all the info mum has been given,

mum was about to move house to a different area as unhappy where she is but know SS are involved, she doesn't know if she can

ok fine, started thread in hope of social workers replying as mum has tried to find out and is not being told anything else. there is a lot of secrecy

thanks to those who have treplied nicely. don't know why others have to be funny, why can't they just not reply . better to ignore than upset, maybe it is time to leave mumsnet

no wonder friend has stopped asking for advice, she has probably had same response as i have on here
