Would you take a new fresh cloth for cleaning your kitchen surfaces, or would you use the same cloth as you just cleaned your toilet with??

My friend had a summer job as a cleaner at a local hospital. Mainly just sweeping the floors. They were dry mopping with special chemicals, if I remember correctly (This was back when we were 18...) There was ONE room, whith ONE patient, and she had been told not to clean his room. But she felt sorry for him never having his room cleaned, so one day she started in his room, thinking she was doing him a favour really. Then continued sweeping all the other floors.
Guess what, there was a reason why his room wasnt cleaned by her, but by special staff. But she did not know that, and acted on own initiative....

But whats the point, I am moving in a month. Might as well cut down on my work load and do my own cleaning for a month.

Where I am going having a cleaner is frowned upon, indeed having any home help will make me the pariah of the neighbourhood!

You know, I dont know why I worded it this way, but when I saw it I did for a moment question my own sanity, or wonder if I was obsessive, as this is the THIRD time I have seen people clean their kitchen with the same cloth as they clean the loo. .... The first time when I was a student, the second time, I was an older student , and this was people cleaning their own homes! and now.

I dont know what is wrong with people.
