MumofDJandP: you get what you pay for. You can buy crap ones for anything from about £30 on ebay, but the really REALLY realistic ones from professionals are in the hundreds. Most expensive one I've seen on ebay was nearly £700. They average at about £120 though, all mine went for about that.

It totally freaked me out when fuzzy haired cilla put the nappy back on the doll's face - WTF - and wrapped the bloody thing in bubble wrap and shoved it in the box. Damaged goods. God help her if she had a real baby which didn't reach the perfection she was 'constantly striving for'. Freak City.

Having said that, I think the Shy Kids are freaking me out even more.

The saddest thing is that there are so many real kids crying out for love and attention and freaky nanny could have helped there instead of recreating her grandson.
