Probably a bit of a boring one but I'm interested to know what everyone uses, any good combos? Slightly obsessed with washing 😂

Another vote for Smol. It's an online subscription. They calculate how much washing I do and send me a new pack every month or so. It's easy to order an extra pack if I'm running low or delay a delivery if I've got loads left. They do trial packs for £1 so worth a go to see if you like them: smolproducts.com/

I currently use persil bio powder and blue sainsbury's own make softener. I use halo sports wash for sports clothes

For a PP -
Bio contains enzymes to break down food stains
Non-bio has no enzymes

Surf and Comfort

dementedpixie · 14/10/2020 20:52

Surf pink is nice too

I have Smol delivered, great for both laundry capsules and fabric conditioner. I particularly like that the Fab Con is produced without the use of animal fats.

It's way too expensive but I love this and the matching detergent

Def bio d, uk made, nothing with s capsule, no extra plastic!
Far cheaper than Ecover, as with method they are made by Unilever, some dodgy goings on, no needs colour in laundry stuff, despite the hype

Smol. Will never go back to supermarket brands

NannyR · 14/10/2020 21:01

I use smol - I love the fragrance, difficult to describe but it's very light and clean, not overpowering or strong.

GreenShadow · 14/10/2020 21:04

Can't stand clothes that smell of detergent so I will only buy those with no or low scent.
No conditioner used here - never seems necessary.

Clevs · 14/10/2020 21:05

Ariel Colour tabs with yellow Comfort.

I don't use it since having a baby with sensitive skin though. I now use Fairy non-bio and white Comfort but it's nowhere near as nice as my previous combination.

burrit It's a lovely fresh smell but not over powering.. They do a free sample of the laundry capsules. I really like them and the fact that all packaging is recyclable and they use fewer chemicals.
