I would elect Brabantia. I dropped the lid of my bin whilst washing it, and they send me a new one. Now (again since washing it) the open/touch mechanism isn't working. And they're going to send me another.

It must be fab working for a company like that - lots of happy customers!

Liz Earle- I called to say thta a few pumps weren't working,replacements arrived the next morning.

Hate to say it but Boden are pretty good - they actually phone you back when they say they are going to and go to lots of trouble to sort any problems out.

crocus - royal mail returned my plants to the depot so they all died. crocus replaced all, no questions asked.

John Lewis, Liz Earle - both completely fab. Boden are pretty good too. Whenever I've had a problem they've been very helpful.

When I was @ 13 I wrote to Tetleys to say that I had counted the perforations in their teabags and found there not to be 2000 perforations like what they said in the adverts and they sent me £20 in vouchers!!!
