christmas shopping...

just wondering has anyone started their christmas shopping, went to towmn yesterday and everywhere has all the xmas decos in the shops...

I'm going to see ds1 and dil in Los Angeles next month and want to take their Xmas presents so I've been buying stuff already. I was looking at wrapping paper but then realised that wasn't a good idea in case security at the the airport ripped them open to check, so now I'm looking for Xmas bags that don't cost the earth. I refuse to pay 3gbp for a paper bag!!

Well, I've finished for this year, they just need wrapping up, I'll save that till a cold wet night in winter and drink a bottle of chianti whilst doing it.
