Has anyone seen any very smart/dressy ones (i.e. not big chunky knit affairs)in the shops - I'm thinking of getting one instead of a shawl to put over my dress at a wedding. + Any vies on whether a poncho will look ok with a smart dress and big hat?

Oh dear... I've come over all faint...

I used to have a red poncho with white pompoms on it. I think I was 9.

It has arms but has the hiding wobbly bits thing at the front and back - does that make sense? I think it is going to irritate me to be honest as it is like a jumper but if you lift your arms any higher than your hips then the whole thing comes up - you definitely need something underneath! a thin polo neck would be good maybe?

just checked out their website but it wasn't there - must be too good.

Can I admit to having the Per Una one in pink!

It's holey but not wooley!

Don't think I would wear it to a wedding though, nice with jeans and a strappy top.
