Tired. Hayloft was very noisy last night.
(And DS came into bed at about 1am, and I know it's a rod for my own back, I should just turf him back to his own bed but he still very snuggly and will eventually stop wanting to cuddle up.)

Heard DH doing lots of noisy walking about upstairs in our room. It sounded like he was changing the bedding. This made me happy. I went upstairs to check. Bedding not changed. He’d been tidying. This made me sad. (I could do it myself but I can’t be arsed now).

I read that as "I was carried out by a young guy" Apes I hope it went well ❤

I’m watching Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby. They’re at a very fancy health and wellness hotel in Switzerland. They’ve just shown the chef preparing a three course meal - it was a total of 600 calories! How is that possible? And now they’re harvesting grapes in a vineyard to make Swiss wine. I didn’t know the Swiss made wine. They don’t export it, it just goes to quite exclusive Swiss restaurants.

Ds2 then told me he needs cardboard today for d&t lesson.

So I go to the shed and start hacking huge bits of cardboard with a Stanley knife. Just about manage to get 2 huge bits in car.

I drag the old mattress to the top of the drive to be collected by the council....this did not go well. I hurt my thumb:(

School run...usual driving fuckwittery on the roads...

Waited an hour at the dr for appt. (How can they be so late at 8.45??)
Then went to chemists
Then went to co op for friend
Took groceries round to friend and had a quick chat

Now I'm home

Not going to mums today. Too tired
They wanted me to cover at work today but I said no so now I've got the guilts 😩

That sounds exhausting Bads. Yes, the echo was a bit painful, particularly over the rib I broke some years ago. I didn't realise it still hurt.

Today I have been to the GPs to get repeat prescriptions. My car failed to start again so I had to go in DH's which I hate driving, well, not so much driving but parking. I now have a shiny new battery on my car so I hope that's the end of the problem until DH leaves the boot open again.

I have also started a mammouth task of scanning decades of photos. DS wants to have an evening of looking at all our holiday photos on the TV so his GF can see what he was like as a child/moody teenager. This has been planned for THIS FRIDAY FFS!

School run done thank fuck.
Bit of drama. Young lad collapsed at top of the hill. Got him a blanket from the car. Ambulance came. He was conscious and talking so hopefully he's ok.
Kids friends are all dropping like flies from a sick bug so 🤞 we avoid it.
