Oooh good news at last.
My brother has just text me and he is coming over with my other brother and his girlfriend on Sat night for a curry.
He's bringing the drink too

Yeeeeh!! We're off to London for SIL's partner's 50th celebrations on Sat with whole family and BIL and his squad are coming too so something to look forward to and will only cost the train fare (and a present of course)! So good news all round then! Hope things improve with your dh though, but curry with bro sounds like a nice evening for you.

Cheer up Nutty, look at all the good things that are happeneing like the house and college course. Whats the problem with childcare apart from cost as thats a bloody nightmare? Anything else wrong that i can help with? Its not like you to get down!!!

libb · 30/07/2004 15:57

Nutty, Having seen the length of this thread I realise I am commenting a little too late so hope you will forgive me!

You are bound to feel a little low now. You hit the ground running when the new house came along but the excitement has now died down and your more usual routine is coming back. (trust me, I have had an "exciting" year last year and it really knocked me for 6)

Good luck with your college course by the way, sounds great! arranging childcare is my least favourite topic at the moment. I am trying to get mine sorted too.

Look after yourself, and love to your family . . . and your brown sofas! (yes, I stuck my oar in on that thread too) Sigh, I would kill for brown sofas . . .

libb · 30/07/2004 16:01

and have a fantastic time tonight!

CP3 · 30/07/2004 16:04

Yeah Nutty have a Smirnoff for me too!! Sofas sound lovely, i have cream ones, how stupid is that with kids. Just asking for trouble

Aero · 30/07/2004 21:45

Hello again everyone, thanks for thinking of me

I am feeling loads better today.
Had my night out on Friday and had a great time, drunk loads but no hangover .

Went out and spent our decorating voucher from the H.A on saturday, so we now have paint for every room, and the girls have picked the borders for their rooms.
My brothers and my mom came over for a curry last night, which was nice, and we had a laugh.
Dp has very very bad hangover today

Now the kids are playing in the garden and i'm having a bit of peace and quiet.

Thanks again for chering me up.

Am going to do a thread on the childcare prob, now.
