Our heating's died. It's more than can be cured by a wooden cocktail stick. DH told them he's recovering from surgery to get them to come out today. Still waiting.

I had that idea just as I read your post —at work— Apricot. Went off in search of salt and astonishingly we had some. So I’ve done one rinse and am now home getting another ready.

Hope the heating is being sorted Apricot? A cocktail stick certainly won't give off enough heat to warm you up.

Well, they didn't turn up last night the HBFs were very helpful thanks Helen which was just as well as they've just gone after being here for 3 hours. The heating is working but it's not right. They have to come back on Monday to replace some valve or other.

Glad you enjoyed the film LetUs but about the tooth. If it's at the back you won't miss it.

Cleaned a carpet in the snow WW???? Is it the same series of Shetland that's just started here? The guy who played the mad wannabe King in TM is in it.

Oh, I took DH to have his staples out this morning. He's now scared it will split open when he does his exercises.

Oooo I might watch the ep of Shetland I recorded a few days ago. DH has a relative on his dad’s side who looks really quite like Douglas Henshall. When I saw him at FIL’s funeral I had to do a double take.

I thought it was ok letus - not really my sort of music (did really like one song though) & a bit tritely right on. However I did enjoy all the dancing & general visual spectacle especially Hugh Jackman You can keep Zac if I can have Hugh?
