A very calm day at work today, it was rather pleasant - lots of relaxed people after their busy period ended yesterday

It was nice - not that people have been unpleasant while they were busy, but it was peaceful - a few had taken a well earned day off & everyone else just worked quietly. Would be dull if it were like that every day, but today we just all enjoyed it

Very sunny here today, so it's probably cold out there. I ought to get moving

Morning! I have not taken my laptop on holiday with me I have a snazzy new tablet-with-keyboard type thing which weights next to nothing. Hurrah! Expect typos galore as I get used to a new keyboard, on top on my usual inaccuracies...

On top on me losing my credit card (cancelled and hasn't reappeared) DH forgot some medicine so is on early morning emergency dash to random pharmacy to get our Dr and RandomPharmacy to talk to each other. We don't do stress-free holiday run-ups...

Flying at about 1pm, taxi coming shortly.

Good luck with walking the bees, their leads are a bit pointless tbh, you have to find the queen, get her on the lead, and then all the rest will just follow. The cat's aren't laying much just now - max of one egg a day around lunchtime, so don't take it personally if they don't produce enough for omlettes

Now I shall carry on setting up this new computery thing while we wait for the taxi...!!!!!
