quick poll - what colour are your dc's bedrooms painted ?

ds 5yo bright yellow
Dd 22 months pale pink and lilac.

DS1 bright blue and lime green (I will add it was his choice...)
DS2 Sky(-ish) blue and a summery yellow.

ds age 2 - pale blue and white
dd age 6months - pale pink & white
How cliche!!!!

dd1 12 = cream
dd2 9 = cream
But they are allowed posters, photographs etc up and have coloured bedding etc, so it's not too austere.

DD1's main colour of posters, bedding etc is lilac, with lots of quirky arty touches she's done herself, like ribbons at the end of the bed, butterfly garlands etc.

DD2's is more multi-coloured, with a loose flower theme going on - mainly in the form of a gorgeous Cath Kidston quilt cover.

dd1 5 - light purple/lilac (like the box above with our names in!)

ds 3 - a lovely fresh sea blue

dd2 5 months - pale green

dd - pink
ds - ornage and blue (yuck - his choice)

my ds room is blue with a snake murial with 1 to 10 in the spots on the snake and a catapiller murial on the other side with his name in it took ages to do but its lovley

DD (1) has green paint halfway up walls like hills and blue above and across the ceiling.

And then jungle animal stickers all over it!

DS (2.5) one wall blue/blueberry, one yellow, two light green (like this since birth)
DD (5.11) two walls lilac, one blueberry, one light green. (see the theme?)

Then both got curtains to match their walls once they were born and we knew if they were boy or girl.

Just decorating DS's room at the moment. He is nearly 11 months and have painted it two different shades of light green. Also have bought giant jungle stickers to put on one wall so he is has something to stimulating to look at.

DS Blue walls (about the colour of this)white woodwork etc, blue & white striped curtains
DD originally yellow with orange borders, curtains etc, but currently daubed with various splotches of dark red and purple testers, along with various graffitoed comments where she & her friends got carried away....
I think she's going with Ruby Fountain, but she may change her mind yet again.

DS of 2 has magnolia walls with a series of Buzz Lightyear stickers across them - figures of buzz, stars, rockets etc.

Forgot to add that you can't really see the walls as DD has decorated with posters, stickers & artwork -- every available inch!!
