QuimReaper · 25/01/2017 22:30

Erm, that's Zom obviously.

Xombie is how she'd spell it as a cre8iv mum in the '70s Grin

Rainytowngirl · 25/01/2017 22:33

Raising a glass of sauv blanc to zombie in the wild west of Ireland.

Line up in an orderly fashion, Phalanx.

And you will be given a double ration of gin.

(Dear Lord, the tankers are working overtime to bring in enough gin for the MASSIVE Phalanx! )

And they are happy as are we, you post here, you have joined!

Love to Zombie< Zlad & Zlass

Long time lurker here. Thinking of you Zombie. You won't remember this but you were once mildly amused by a photo of a rubbish sign I posted on a thread years ago. Can't post the photo sadly but it was one of those ones that said "Sign Not In Use". Grin
I liked your sense of the absurd. Glass of dry white being raised here in SE London.
Sweet dreams.

QueenOfThorns · 25/01/2017 22:44

magimedi you are not thinking bigly enough.

This phalanx is the biggest. It's the biggest phalanx in the history of phalanxes. We are making phalanxes great again, and to do that, we need a Gin Pipeline.

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 25/01/2017 22:44

Delurking to say I've been reading for a long time and I'm thinking of you and wishing you a good night x

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 25/01/2017 22:45

(And also raising a white wine!)

PurpleDaisies · 25/01/2017 22:45

starting the engine sorry, I wandered off! I've got a selection of local ales (Christmas). Mainly Butcombe beers. They're really nice and the name always makes me smile in a very childish sort of way.

startingtheengine · 25/01/2017 22:47

magi is there any vodka please I don't like gin!

MooseBeTimeForSnow · 25/01/2017 22:47

Evening Zombie. I'm seven hours behind you, so still afternoon here. I see the warm glow is still there low to the East and there's a faint whiff in the air ..

.. smells like gin!

spub · 25/01/2017 22:48

Did someone mention building a gin pipeline?
Makes much more sense than a giant wall Wink
Bathtub gin is tremendous ( in answer to a question at end of previous thread).
Hoping for a restful night for zombieFlowers

OfstedAintEverything · 25/01/2017 22:49

Eats, that's a bottle of Tanq Ten, it's very lovely and won't last five minutes but you can use it as a candleholder afterwards Goes vairy nicely with Schweppes and lemon.

Peaceful night, Zombie and have dreams of good gin...

OboePlayingImmortalRabbit · 25/01/2017 22:51

starting Apologies for butting in, but I have vodka. And toffee vodka. And mead. Oh, and something called Rum Chata, which I bought today, and is quite nice. Help yourself Smile

SloanyAnne · 25/01/2017 22:53

Night Zombie. Hope it's a peaceful one.

PigWhisperer · 25/01/2017 22:54

A large rhubarb gin here Zombie. Have a peaceful night.

LavenderDoll · 25/01/2017 22:54

Still here still drinking gin with my candle burning

starfish71 · 25/01/2017 23:00

Raising a glass of johnny walkers (for medicinal reasons of course) and sending love and rest to Zombie. When my brother was in the hospice a gentleman on his ward told my dad that a nurse came round the first night he was there (they were stabilising his mess etc) and asked did he want anything? He joked saying 'ooh. Wouldn't mind a gin and tonic'. Nurse went off and came back saying'we don't have gin but can get you a brandy or whisky?' Which she did. It lifted my heart how wonderful and needed these places are. Absolutely civilised place which also had a patient 'smoking room' for those who couldn't get into the garden. Cheers 🍸 Xx

Catzpyjamas · 25/01/2017 23:01

Sorry to be a party-pooper but no alcohol for me. I'm raising my mug of hot chocolate to you, Zombie. Sweet dreams.
