So good to see you Zombie! I love you're having some fresh air and a fag!
Dh is learning to swim. He came back from his lesson tonight and was swimming on his own for the first time! It's only his third lesson! I broke out a celebratory beer left over from Christmas. So much for dry January... to be fair we had wine by the 14th, so really it has been a dry two weeks.

Delurking from West Yorkshire. I have been here eleven years or more though hardly ever post, but have been following your journey full of admiration for your courage. At the age of 70 I am much closer to my end than my beginning, and when the end does come I hope to be able to meet it with a fraction of the grace you have shown. Peace to you and yours.
