I'm on the gin. 2b have their recorder lesson on Mondays. My previous record of holding out was 12 minutes. For those who don't follow my thrilling life in ArseEndForrin, my office is down the corridor from 2b.

The teacher & I have a game going. She leaves the classroom door open. My door is open & 2b toot & flute & we wait to see how long it takes for me to kick my door shut.

Someone ^^ mentioned mince pies. I want one. And a pork pie. Actually any pie.

Fids - witter away ! - you win the medal for coping with children and recorders down the corridor. Sorry no pies of any description, but chicken stew is simmering and dumplings being prepared for our meal. Its cold here , ( not as freezing as you. mind) so comfort carbs/eating is order of the day.
