Another lurker de-lurking! I've wanted to post for ages, but never have got around to it. I've long been an admirer of zombie, it started with the posts in yhe 3rd person.

Zombie, I hope the morphine is doing wonderful things and you're comfortable!

Another lurker here, delurking to say I'm sending lots of love and peaceful thoughts to Zombie and her family.

Like others I first came across Zombie on the Apocalypse threads. I seem to recall one where the plan was to send all Southern MNers to Southampton to hijack a couple of cruise liners before sailing them to a few pick up points around the UK to pick up other MNers then setting a course for the Caribbean.

Remember when she did that drive through the night to help someone on here? Was it a troll? MaryZ was soooo bloody cross with her.

I have lurked here for years and only popped out from hiding once or twice to ask for support or occasionally offer it but I always jumped on any new Zombie thread because I knew it would be funny, moving or, very often, both. I rejoiced in the recent Zombie wedding and have mobilised all my knitting/crocheting friends to get out their needles and hooks and contribute to Candy's Hugs.

This is a truly amazing place because I have a little moisture in my eye and a lump in my throat for a random stranger that I have never met but who has touched so many lives. Sweet dreams Zombie and love and peace for all your family and friends. X
