how often do you clean?

the house, that is....Really sad q but I would be interested. 10 years ago I lived in a student house that probably got cleaned at most once a month. Now I have a cleaner who does a rather cursory flick with a duster and runs the hoover round once a week. Just recently I've noticed myself noticing (iyswim) the muck and dust more. Half of me hates myself for caring. Half of me wonders if I'm a slob and if everyone else out there dusts every day. I know the answer is that there is no answer but I'm just interested in what other people do

Nobody told me my sofa covers came off.....Curlysue - I'm with you on the shopping thing. I don't actually do lists on paper but I do in my head. It drives me UP THE WALL when dh does the shopping and just comes home with a load of random food. All very well but what are we actually going to cook with it? He gets really grumpy with me on this one

i hoover front room and sweep kitchen daily and hoover other rooms every other day i do washin once a day, i iorn when it becomes a huge pile like now,
i clean bathroom every other day and i mop the floor every day cause dd likes to eat off it if you moved my sofa you would be ashamed but im not filthy honest

Maybe Lou Us Colchestrians must be filthy women who love cold buttery toast!
