I have a rather amusing story about an old fox fur stole of my MILs, a party at the BBC and a trip on the Central Line. Oh the humiliation. But perhaps not now.

I often do that with our roast chicken (sunday lunch one)

but poussin takes all that faff out of the equation but they still get roast chicken (also doesnt take long to cook)

Thanks Enid I have to admit, it's not me but I have a suspicion that one of my very close friends does this as her grandmother was a famous novelist and I suspect she has lofty aspirations.
