DS says that Teetha helps when he has an ulcer. I don't know if it's a placebo effect because it's also years out of date. (also don't know if that's of any help)

Gargling with Salt water is best Badders.

I know that's almost impossible to get a child to DO, but it might be worth a try, because it does help.
