All about BBC1's The Musketeers. Come in & have a look at our beautiful Wordle. Because there's nothing to unite wenches in complete harmony like a computer telling us how often we've posted. Or what word we should be next to. Or if our Musketeer is fairly represented. And of course from thereonin we'd never do anything to skew any future Wordle analysis. Noooooooo.

Oh apes bless you with your ferris bueller-style lunar eclipsewatch! Grin

I love a good celestial event. Didnt even know it was happening! And was asleep with massive migraine. Next one not til 2033 you say? Bugger.

My head is killing. Thank fuck today is my day off. School run and back to bed. Have good days all...

MrsEvadneCake · 28/09/2015 07:42

I watched it Apes. I'm shattered now. Woke up big DS when it was near totality so he could see it too.

Hope your head feels better later Madame

LetUsPrey · 28/09/2015 08:11

Morning wenches.

Saw the super moon last night but not the eclipse. Showed the DC the moon which DS2 said was amazing. DS1 managed to lift his eyes up away from his tablet just long enough to say it didn't look any different.

Hope your head's better very soon Madame. Hope all wenches are well.

Time for more Aramis because there can never be enough Aramis.

Fantastic Apricot Grin
DH woke up and dragged me out of bed towards the end of it, to be honest it just looked like a normal part-moon to my sleep-dazed brain - no redness in sight. Obviously the full eclipse would have been more impressive, but we were both asleep.

FancyFancy · 28/09/2015 08:24

Morning. Another one who didn't get up for the eclipse, was feeling a bit tired. I should have done this one as at least I could've done this from in the house. When I went out to see the Perseids in August I got more than 50 insect bites Shock

Hope the head's better soon madame.

Another fine Aramis pic there letus

ApricotCrush · 28/09/2015 09:27

Morning! My nocturnal wanderings disturbed DH and he overslept and was late for golf. Oops. "They'll go without me". God, sometimes it's like living with a child.

Reading the first page of this thread, no wonder patterkiller was confused. Grin Grin We really are bonkers, aren't we?

Hope your migraine clears soon Madame and that DS is ok this morning.

Also hope Cinn has a better day.

Lyndie · 28/09/2015 09:32

Morning all. I didn't set any alarms or anything to see the eclipse but I got up to go to the loo and briefly saw it but was half asleep. Blush

Hope all is well this morning with the wenches. Really chilly on the walk to school this morning, 7 degrees and sunny, there was a real autumn-wintery feel about it!!!

AnneEtAramis · 28/09/2015 09:40

Just watched Patagonia over breakfast. DH came in 'wildlife, that's not like you'. Me, 'erm yes, but I like South America.'

It was breathtaking though and SANTI aside I really enjoyed it. I loved the horse taming. Santi and his Spanish words was oooooofffftttt.

IssyStark · 28/09/2015 10:02

Apes thank you for the eclipse report, 'twas wonderfully done.

I did think about trying to get up to see it but sleep was more appealing for once. Typical that the one night I'm not an insomniac, there's actually something interesting going on Hmm Roll on 2033.

Trying to get into work mode, but oddly would rather be raking moss out of the lawn

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 10:52

Oooooooooooooh DH has had to go into The Office for work now, I've finished my phone call... I could run Patagonia on the i-player Grin

I'm looking forward to the violent puma Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 11:36

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww cute baby pumas!

MiladyBeaWinter · 28/09/2015 12:00

Morning (just). Am snorting at Apes' eclipse watching posts. I had a bleary look at about 2.45am but that was before it really got going. DH was up until 3.30ish so he'll be lovely and grumpy tonight Hmm.

I've just been for my smear test. Sitting with a coffee looking at all the work I need to get done and ignoring it. Patagonia with cute Pumas you say.......

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 12:25

MrsB Also Lunatic canoeists... Shock
Poor duckling Sad
And mistletoes creating sticky poo Grin

Ohh - horses now.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 12:25

(I had a break for lunch)

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 12:42

And now I have the violent 'pooma' Grin

MiladyBeaWinter · 28/09/2015 13:16

Sad about the duckling. I'm liking it whenever he says Patagonia though.

Not changing teams obvs, just appreciating where it is due.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 13:19

Tthese would probably be funnier if I'd seen the films, but here's some airplane safety stuff for Hobbit fans. (My current project is quite interesting)

HaydeeofMonteCristo · 28/09/2015 13:55

Pooma.... Grin

MadamedeChevreuse · 28/09/2015 14:15

PU = POO. Deal, everybody! Grin

It's a lot more logical than sticking a "y" sound in that isnt even there...

PYOOMA.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 28/09/2015 14:39

Grin Madame
I am dealing with it. I'm just also sniggering very childishly. Grin

Obs2015 · 28/09/2015 15:26

Hoping Madames migraine is better.

FancyFancy · 28/09/2015 15:59

Cake for mrsB - everyone deserves cake after a smear test.

. be gentle with us madame, sniggering helps me deal with the trauma of the duckling

FancyFancy · 28/09/2015 16:06

This is an even better antidote however

By the way, just to let you know, that I intend to start the next thread, assuming I get my timings right. It dawned on me the other day that hadn't started a thread for ages. And, I'd like to. If thats o.k.?

MrsEvadneCake · 28/09/2015 16:47

Afternoon. What a bloody day. Stupid cars!! Gear box went on school run to drop big DS. Could only use 2nd and 3rd. Got it back. It's gone to garage. £400 fucking quid. I could weep. I swore a lot. Straight out of work and a two mile walk round trip to get money out to pay garage. It'll be done by Wednesday hopefully. Small mercies that garage is owned by DH friend so he's sorting it all.

The rest of the day wasn't much better either...coaxing angry children out of bushes and emails that require immediate attention but aren't bloody important
