Fancy..one of my fave bits from s2 (and to be fair there weren't many) was when aramis was rescued from the cell and athos grabbed him and gave him a manly kiss.
That's gives me the proper fanny gallops.
I still haven't bought s2 on DVD. I can't forgive the BBC it's ridiculous airing schedule and lack of promo. I'm still livid. It's lucky it got a s3 IMO (and tbh probably wouldn't have if the Americans hadn't jumped in)
I wonder if it will be better now the Americans are calling the shots?

They are great pictures, even though not of Aramis. There is much to admire about the new captain, I agree. But I prefer Aramis.

The bit where they have a manly kiss is one of the best short moments of either series (I.e. not comparing it to entire scenes etc). If there is a good bit involving his character I immediately imagine tb has improvised it! Especially as these are always the bits that remind you that the characters are supposed to be French.

I will post you some Aramis in a while fancy.

That's a good point actually about the frenchness of the characters. I think only Tom and Santi pull it off tbh.
