Pull up a bar stool, be polite to mother superior and she may get you the dirnk of your choice.

There will be a roll call once all wenches are back from their summer hols.

Just read about Madame's sexy dream with Captain America - I definitely would - which reminds me I had a dream where I was snogging Timothy Dalton Grin

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 25/08/2015 19:41

Captain America doesn't really do it for me, I'm more of a winter soldier girl. But I wouldn't kick him out of bed.

letus Timothy Dalton is one of my favourite bonds. Comes second in my ever changing boffing order.

  1. Daniel Craig
  2. Timothy Dalton
  3. Sean Connery
  4. Roger Moore
  5. Pierce Brosnan
  6. George Lazenby.
Badders123 · 25/08/2015 19:46

Wrt bond...
Daniel Craig
Pierce brosnan
Sean Connery
That's it.
I wouldn't wedge a door open with any of the others!
I quite liked our temporary tavern...was all blitz spirt over there :)
Nice dream Madame...I never have sex dreams anymore :(
I totally conked out for 2 hours! Then again Dh woke me at 4 am and I didn't get back to sleep the twat
It's ds1s last day of holiday tomorrow and despite my constant moaning I will miss him :(

LetUsPrey · 25/08/2015 19:51

Okay I think I'm caught up but I don't seem to have retained anything. Blush

Am Envy Envy of your dream Madame. He has a ludicrously beautiful mouth.

Excellent Mouse. I was at the house where my grandma lived, the doorbell rang and Timothy Dalton was there selling alarm systems. Obvs fallen on hard times. I recognised him, we got chatting, much snogging followed. Then I got woken up by cramp in my foot FFS

Work had been interesting it's all going to kick off. Oopsy.

LaComtess · 25/08/2015 19:52

Fucking hellfire

I'm back in the room.

Grin
Badders123 · 25/08/2015 19:57

MrsEvadneCake · 25/08/2015 19:59

Woo hoo Comtess!

Daniel Craig would be the only one for me. Yy to winter soldier Mouse

Nothing worse than disturbed sleep bads

MrsEvadneCake · 25/08/2015 20:00

What's happened at work letus?

ApricotCrush · 25/08/2015 20:05

COMTESS!!! Welcome back. Grin

There's only one Bond and that's Sean Connery. Although I do like Timothy Dalton. But most of all as Mr. Rochester. Daniel Craig was ok. Couldn't stand Roger Moore.

Gransnet? Might have a look. Hmm

LaComtess · 25/08/2015 20:05

MrsEvadneCake · 25/08/2015 20:09

All I've done is join. Used this NN and my email.

apes lovely to see you too

LetUsPrey · 25/08/2015 20:11

Waahey Comtess!

There have been a few inter-departmental issues which are not and will not ever IMO go away. Plus it's still holiday time so staff levels are still down which means stress levels are up. Whevs. It's Aramis Tuesday Grin

LetUsPrey · 25/08/2015 20:13

Oh Apricot, Mr Rochester is when I first fell for him Grin

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 25/08/2015 20:13

comtess!!!! Welcome back Wine and [roast chicken emoticon]. Who are we still missing?

Arf at Timothy Dalton as door to door salesman.

Well Roger Moore always seems like such a nice, funny man on his interviews so I'd love to have dinner with him.
Sean Connery and Daniel Craig go without saying. Especially those tiny blue shorts. The living daylights was one of my favourite bond films up until the DC ones and I've always thought that Daniel Craig is following in the mould of Timothy Dalton.
George Lazenby I can't stand at all even the on her majestys secret service was one of the best written and best casted films. Pierce Brosnan is just a bit too suave and slick for me. I prefer Alex Trevelyan from Goldeneye. As you can see I've really thought about this.

MadamedeChevreuse · 25/08/2015 20:13

HELLO COMTESSE!!!!!

letus I knew you'd be wel Envy of my dream. Grin fyi he had muscles on his muscles and buns of steel

Do please tell about work goss.

apes have you ever been on gransnet or just here? What is it like?

Ooh am well excited about the chicken emoticon. We used to have a riff in here back in the day about being shagged over the chicken coop by a musketeer of our choice usually porthos for some reason

We could use the chicken emoticon to revive the chicken coop riff!

MadamedeChevreuse · 25/08/2015 20:15

interview prep going really well Hmm

Badders123 · 25/08/2015 20:22

Jamelia has signed for strictly.
I am OUT! ????????
I loathe the woman. Most of the "celebs" are distinctly z list this year.
Do you think amazom will discount the prime membership again before Xmas?

ApricotCrush · 25/08/2015 20:25

LetUs, I adore that version of Jane Eyre.

Madame, no. When S1 of TM finished and I was desolate, I looked on there to see if there were any fans, and they were all 'oh no I don't fancy any of them'. Then I googled and saw Malc's thread. I thought 'that's more me' and that's how I ended up here.

I never like the line-up for Strictly, but they sort of grow on me.

MiladyBeaWinter · 25/08/2015 20:43

If we have doilies in Gransnet then some of us me will have to boycott on point of principle. Down with Doilies. This is a thing.

Do you think if we cache a load of teenage booze over at nethuns then the hacker will bugger off to bother them? Hmm

Pleased to see you back Comtess. Hope others are back soon.

Hmm. Bond. Daniel Craig & Sean Connery. Nah to the others, too smooth. I like mine with a few rough edges.

MiladyBeaWinter · 25/08/2015 20:44

Oh, I see I don't need to Grin

ApricotCrush · 25/08/2015 20:47

Don't worry MrsB I know where I belong! Grin

MadamedeChevreuse · 25/08/2015 20:55

Hahaha apes! I actually thought you used mumsnet/gransnet for advice about your dgc and you just happened upon us. Im v glad you found us.

mrsb hehehe I just put that out there to see how long it would take you to hulk out and rip through all the doilies. Im with you really. NO DOILIES.

I like daniel craig a bit he sometimes looks a bit like jeremy renner

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 25/08/2015 21:19

I'm cooking tea still, DH is out and I got a bit distracted with a new book and have done bugger all apart from get DS to bed. And since I'm cooking i need to stop MN-ing and pay attention because last week I boiled some eggs dry (forgot about them) and actually burnt the shells. DH was very Hmm but since he set of the smoke alarms yesterday trying to get the crackling to crackle I reackon I'm ok really.

Madame I try to revive the chicken coop riff every time I clean their shed out. It's very disappointing.

LaComtess · 25/08/2015 21:33

Hello Madame!! thought of you the other day as went to see Mission impossible film with twinnies and Jeremy Renner is in that.

Agree with fucking death to the doilies. I do like a nice teapot tho.

Apes I never like the line-up for Strictly, but they sort of grow on me. AGREE ENTIRELY! Never a truer word. I hate most of them or just don't know where they're famous from etc. Usually happy enough with them after the Halloween one.

I have been a BAD WENCH and not been doing the rewatches. Gonna struggle at the weekend as have bank holiday hoardes in house so not likely to get near a TV. But which one are we on next? 7 or 8. I'll def be in for Knight takes Queen Grin.
