Welcome to Thread 108 Shock of rampant objectification and plot discussion perving over BBC Musketeers and any other HBFs that take your fancy

Pull up a bar stool, be polite to mother superior and she may get you the dirnk of your choice.

There will be a roll call once all wenches are back from their summer hols.

I am a bit damp.

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 21:57

A bit anne?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 23/08/2015 21:57

Probably not the doubles Anne, since they had them riding there as well.

That was fun anyway.

Golly GOSH

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 21:57

So much beautiful Armis in that ep, hilarious Dog & epic Cardinal bitching & plotting with Trev

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 21:58

Sorry issy Blush

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 22:00

Sorry to raise a plot point, but Duval explained all the baby stuff to the Cardinal as if the Cardinal had no idea who the baby was, but why would the Cardinal have sent for the baby if he had no idea who he was? Did I miss that bit because of all the FAF?

AnneEtAramis · 23/08/2015 22:06

I did think that at the beginning but have chosen to overlook it.

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 22:13

Wise decision anne. i think I shall follow your example.

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 22:18

Excellent rewatch wenches - a definite pleasure. I am looking forward to rewatching s2 now & seeing if I have as much fun.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 23/08/2015 22:19

Plot points/holes are always ignored (look - look at the pretty!)

Right, I'm off. Fancy - itches bites are itchy, but less than 10 of them, just massive swellings (as it were).

Oh - DH told me yesterday that "Screwing's alway better" then wondered why I sniggered. He rolled his eyes at me when he realised what he'd said and said he could nail it if I preferred. I used to be such an innocent demure little thing, I swear you lot have corrupted me. (He was rebuilding the bird table.)

Right, I must away to my bedchamber for Sunday night loving early start for one week job Adieu.

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 22:34

Grin helen i just can't believe that, you are queen of the double entendre. Glad the bites aren't too bad.

Night anne

LetUsPrey · 23/08/2015 23:08

Night wenches.

Here's Aramis holding the baby. Baby's thinking "aaarrrgghh Team Aramis are on their way - put me down before I get squished"

FAFness overrides any plot issues. In fact it overrides any plot.

FancyFancy · 23/08/2015 23:16

The baby does look a little worried letus, and you're right about the plot - I expect I only noticed because it was the Cardinal on screen.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 24/08/2015 07:19

Happy Monday all. Urgh Sad on the plus sidde I don't have to go to work today (ignores email mountain)

Today's plans include taking DS to OverpricedLocalAttraction in wellies and waterproofs, and meeting up with friend in full waterproofs the park where it will be hot and sunny. So it will. Might even make a cake...

Morning.
Ds1 back to school on Thursday, ds2 not til next Tuesday Hmm
So we are trying to get all the last minute visiting done! Off to see some family today and then might try and see nephews on weds.
Can't wait til we are back in routine tbh.
I was ready for the summer hols but am over it now :)

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 24/08/2015 09:23

letus I'm contemplating trying to sell them on eBay. They got out of bed this morning and instead of coming to get me or Mr M they went downstairs and got themselves breakfast. I think I preferred it when they didn't get on. Clearly working together is much worse.

They've done nothing but jump on me, shout and demand things. I just want 10 minutes peace to drink my tea in complete silence before having to get on with the house stuff. now TM is running around the living room in circles. Why don't they ever bother their dad like this, he gets left alone.

I'll be so glad when TM starts preschool just for there to be less chaos. Back to a routine will be good for everyone.

Lyndie · 24/08/2015 09:26

Haha LetUs had a joyous recoupling. GrinGrinGrin

Hope your first day back is ok.

Oh it's sad when they go back to school isn't it!! I know it's generally better for their routine but I love the freedom of the holidays too!!

MUST change the beds today, the sheets will walk away themselves if not!! Layers.
