Our holiday was lovely but it ended on the tiniest down-note due to a 5-hour wait at the EuroTunnel terminal in France and arriving home at half midnight last night instead of 7.30pm.

So I have a migraine and am still chipping away at a mountain of washing, doing online shop etc etc, and later I have to do interview prep for Wednesday.

I changed my pw just now but it was no problem and all seems to be working fine now.

What are the security concerns? Has something else happened? (I saw the email from Justine about the Swatting...but that wasn't due to mn data, I thought?)

I thought that all the hacker could possibly do is reveal our (old) pws, our nns, our real names and our emails? And who would be interested in trawling through that? So he probably wouldn't even bother, I'd have thought?

Yes a few of the wenches are avoiding MN for the time being and some have had problems changing passwords etc.

I don't think it's much of a risk though, so you wenches won't miss out on the Capaldi sexiness

Yes, that pretty much sums it up. There's some concern over whether he had access to anything else such as email addresses but He has also shown his vast grasp of the internet by publishing Justines address (already in the public domain, as a company director), and also the 'schools her children go to' - which is actually just the three closest schools to her - thus showing he knows how to use RightMove's 'school finder' function (according to another MNer. The schools thing would lose him any moral high ground except he hasn't got any and is so subterranean already he's going to fall through the core and come out the other side of the plant if he stoops any lower.

Currently AWOL are Norah who doesn't want to come back because of the whole hacking/phishing thing, Comtess who is 'locked out' for some reason and is too busy to sit down and work out how to get back in, Carolina who is letting the dust settle, and others who are probably doing the same as Carolina

We are back from OverPricedLocalAtttractionInTheRain and are about to go for playdate at a friend's house...

Was feeling very tired this morning so after getting back from the orthodontists I had a most relaxing lie-down while watching the athletics & FancyCat sat on me, purring the whole time. She's being very cuddly at the moment
